"Hello and welcome to the 75th annual Hunger Game's reaping. As you all may know every year we choose 2 tributes to be entered in the Hunger Games, one male and one female; but if you haven't noticed every 25 years we choose two male and two female tributes and oh looky this year it seems like we're choosing two of each." The pale faced woman said as she blew a strand of her hair to the side. "So that means we will be having 4 tributes this year to represent each of their districts." She said cheerfully as she talked into the microphone.

"I'm scared if they will choose me, Niall." My brother, Greg, said as he clung closer to me. "It's all going to be fine Greg. Plus what are the chances of us getting chosen out of all these people." I said smiling, trying to comfort him. "I guess you're right." He said with a soft chuckle.

"Ok so let's start, shall we. The first female to represent District 11 will be... Claire Rose." As soon as the name was called a girl slowly arose from the crowd and walked up the stage with tears streaming down her eyes as she slowly took a seat at the top of the stadium. "Now lets see who the second lucky winner will be." She said with a giggle as she stuck her hand into the wheel full of names. "Bethany Savage." I slowly turned my head to see that the girl who was standing right next to me was slowly crying a river. "Bethany, we're waiting." The lady talked into the speaker, her voice stern. She slowly walked through the crowd of people and walked up the steps to get onto the stadium. She sat slowly motioning to sit down next to the other girl who was quietly bawling.

"Well, these are our lucky female tributes for the 75th annual Hunger Games." The lady said with a cocky voice. "Now lets go onto the male tributes. She slowly spun her hand into the wheel where all the male's names were placed in.

I could feel my body tense up as she slowly picked out a name from the wheel. I was scared to be chosen, mostly because I knew that if I was chosen I would easily be taken down by the other District tributes. And to add onto this, my brother would also have a likely chance of being chosen. He was still 18 years old which means that he had 1 more year to try not to be chosen. I am 16 years old which means I have 2 more years to come to the reaping, and that's only if I'm not chosen this year. (I know these aren't their real ages but since tributes can only be 12-18 I made them younger. Sorry. :))

"The first male tribute for District 11 is... Greg Horan." I stood there stiff as a board as I turned to look at my brother. I looked at him with worry as a tear escaped my eye and made its way down to my cheek. "Greg we're waiting for you my dear." She spoke into the microphone. He quickly gave me a quick hug before a peacekeeper came along and snatched him out of my embrace. They firmly held onto his body and assisted him onto the stadium where he slowly took a seat.

"No." I said softly as I hid my face in my hands. "I'm going to lose him." I muffled. He is never going to come back. I've noticed previous victors and none had come from District 11. The ones who mostly win are the rich kids from Districts 1, 2, or 4, who have been trained their whole lives for this, and yes it is illegal but people still do it and every year one of those districts always wins. Despite the fact that Katniss and Peeta won last year for District 12. I slowly zoned back in and payed attention to the next name that was being drawn.

"Niall Horan. Oh look, brothers?" She said with an uncontrollable laughter. "Me?" I said out loud causing people to turn their heads around. "Well is that your name?" She asked. "Y-yes." I said, forcing the words to come out. "Well then what are you waiting for? Come up here." She said with a giggle. I slowly looked around and noticed everyone keeping a close eye on me as I moved through the crowd who made a walk way for me. I slowly climbed the squeaking wooden floors and got onto the stadium where I could see the other 3 tributes looking at me with the same expression I had on my face, fear. "Well, looks like we have our 4 tributes for this annuals Hunger Games!" She spoke loudly into the microphone, her voice beaming throughout the vast land.
