"Attention tributes. You're mentors and trains are awaiting you outside. We have provided you uniforms. They are in the rooms you were placed in. Uniforms are required and anyone who denies to wear them will pay the consequences. Good day and may the odds be ever in your favor." The sound speaker made a sound before it was turned off.

"I guess we're going to training. Time to show these losers what I've got." One of the girls laughed boldly. The other three joined her. The two girls shoved people out of the way as all five of us stepped in to the empty elevator. Another boy was about to take a step but suddenly the elevator's doors shut tightly and he stepped out instantly before the doors got him. "Tah, tah." One of the girls waved with her hands as the elevator suddenly took a halt on their floor. "Bye teammate." They all waved as they stepped out and the doors shut.

I stood there shocked. Was it a good idea to join with them? I shakily pressed the '11' button on the pad and it sent me flying up.

The doors opened up as I went walking towards my mini room. I opened the curtains and grabbed the uniform that they required us to wear. I took off my blue gown and placed the uniform on my body. Once I had finished placing the fabric on I took a look at it. It looked like a swim suit. It was black and it had a white circle in the middle with my district number on it. (Author's note: By swim suit I mean like one of those swim suits that surfers wear when they are going to ride the waves.)

I also noticed a pair of black shoes sitting on the bed. I motion to grab them and put them on. When I finally put them on I noticed that the shoes were huge. They were like double the size of what I would usually wear. As I was about to take them off I suddenly noticed the shoes starting to light up as they started becoming smaller. In a matter of seconds they had shrunk to fit me perfectly. The light had vanished as I noticed the shoes going up my leg and tightening. They stop half way up my leg as they looked more like boots than shoes now.

"Tributes, you have 4 minutes till your trains leave." The speaker spoke. I grabbed my clothes that I had before coming here and placed them in a plastic bag that I had grabbed from the dispenser. Tying it up, I ran out of my mini room and onto the elevator.

I clicked the floor number on the key pad, sending me flying down. As I was about to step out I was greeted with a familiar face. Liam.

"Hey, why didn't you come sit with your brother?" He asked. "Um, I made a team." I said, still unsure if it was true. "What?" He asked me with a confused look. "I said, I made a team." Repeating myself. "But your brother already made a-" He said before he was shortly cut off by Julia. "I'll talk to you later." I said softly before walking away.

"Come on my dear, everyone's already waiting." Julia said as she rushed me back onto the train. "You can go now!" Julia screamed at the train conductor to go and the train steadily started to move. Julia quickly shut the doors and led me to where everyone else was.

"Now, since we're going to training you got to do your best and impress the others so maybe you'll have a chance to join an alliance. This training could either make you or break you." Julia said as she started to pace back and forth. "But what if they don't like us?" Claire spoke quietly. "Then make them like you. Show them the skills you have. For example, lets take Katniss from district 12. Her skill is archery. Think of some you may have." Julia spoke to Claire carefully. "I-I'm good at crafting." Claire finally spoke as she went for her bag and pulled out a weaved water bottle made out of leaves and straw. "Amazing! See, you have a skill that may be useful." Julia smiled brightly as she clapped at Claire's artwork.

"I already have my team." Greg spoke out as he looked at me. I simply smiled and turned my head back to Julia. "Good, you'll need them. With 48 tributes battling out there it is very useful to have people protecting your back." Julia said as she clapped lightly. "Yep." Greg said happily.
