Turning werewolf

Chapter 9

HARPER POV

I woke up and felt something soft next to me.

I turn over and see and black wolf..

I was guessing it was Jason.

I looked over his wolf. I stroked his head. His fur was as black as night.. I then hear a huff from him.

I look down at his eyes.. They were still closed. But then slowly opened.

Jason POV

I felt gentle hands go over me.

I was in wolf form because.. Well... My wolf didn't want to feel left out.
I then open my eyes and see bright green eyes staring into mine.

I smile in wolf form and so does Harper.

Alpha? Are you awake.. If so how's Nick doing.. I miss him around.. Ever since his sister Lucy went missing he's been... I don't know.. Heartbroken? I miss him around.. It's like he's completely ignoring me..

Whitney mind linked me. She was heartbroken.. She wants her mate to be around her. And I know the feeling of that.. When Harper didn't know I was werewolf.. I didn't know what to do anymore.. But then before I knew we were mates. Hunter kissed her.. God I'm still mad at him.

Just give him some time. He'll come back to you.

I told her.

She then had cut off her mind link.

I then jumped off the bed and went toward the bathroom to shift into human form.

When I do, I grab some clothes and put them on. I then walk out to Harper who is laying on the bed looking at me.

"Morning." I tell her

"Good morning." She replied

I was still confused as I said..

"Want to eat breakfast?" I ask her

"No, I'm fine.. I don't feel like getting out of bed right now." She giggled

"I can make you some and bring it up here."
I tell her

She shook her head "No it's fine! Really I'm not hungry." She said.

I look at her and smile.

"Ok, I won't go downstairs.. I'll stay here with you." I told her, grabbing her hand and intertwining it with mine.

I didn't know what she was thinking at the moment..

She laid her head on my shoulder and sighed.

I smiled and kissed her forehead.

"Lucy, Lilly?" I whisper going though the old house which probably belonged to rogues. It smelt rotten just like the filthy things.

A pitched scream alerted my ears. I turned to the direction it was coming from.

Hunter, Caden and Nick right beside me turned the direction too.

Nick took off toward the sound but I stopped him.

"We have to be careful Nick." I whispered to him, so no one would hear us.

We slowly made our way towards the direction the scream had came from.

Another scream filled my ears this one even louder.

Nick couldn't take it anymore and took off running toward it.

I ran after him.

He kicked the door open to were the scream was and ran toward someone.

I then saw rogues surround us.

I took all of them down by a snap of their neck.

I look over to Nick and saw that Lucy was in his arms shaking with fear.

"It's alright.. I'm here.. I'm here.." He whispered.

If it wasn't for werewolf hearing I wouldn't have heard him.
I walk over toward Lucy and see her body was filled with  scars from a whip. I growled looking at them..

"Where's Lilly" my voice came out with anger.

She looked at me with fear and said in a shaky voice
"She's in the cells... Beaten.."

My eyes widened and I ran toward the door. I ran through  every door until I reached the cells.

"Lilly?!" I yell.

I heard a cough and knew it was her.

I headed toward the direction from the cough.

I opened the cell door and saw Lilly's body curled up in a circle on the floor. Her jeans were ripped and her shirt was too.. She had claw marks and whip marks on her face and arms

Her jeans filled with dry blood patches as her knees had open wounds.

I went towards her. Picking her up. She growled from the pain.

Her eyes had bags over them, showing she hasn't slept in days.

I quickly walked out of the rotten house and started running toward the woods.

I mind linked the others to know that I left with Lilly.

She needed a doctor and fast.

I wanted to shift into my wolf form but she didn't have the straight to hold on to me.

Whatever those rogues did to them.. They deserve to die..

So sorry for short chapter! Couldn't write that much because.. Well I was busy. But the next chapter will have a lot more in it! :)
