Julsderhein is a wanted criminal in 14 nations. A marked figure and known terrorist, he has been instrumental in numerous bombings across the world. His organization, the WISDEN is one of the most notorious in the western region. Their influence reach includes pirates, criminals, drug cartels, warlords, and even corporations. Julsderhein is considered a fast rising officer within the organization and is believed to head a cell group unit of about four other individuals.
