Vanlerhan is the first Synthezus to complete the Order of Radlor training and has since become a junior officer within the ranks. He has completed numerous missions in various nations from peace keeping, humanitarian, and monster hunting expeditions. He is well regarded within the Order and is a loyal part of the Foundation's group where he also holds an officer rank under the Foreign Affairs Department.

His green eyes notwithstanding, Vanlerhan is considered even by his peers as a ladies man, a title he lives up to the hilt. He loves getting the attention of women, a number of times failing to learn that he was being led into a trap or something sinister. It has been attributed to his youth, but has also been noted as a glaring weakness in his resume by his seniors. His accomplishments are solid though, showing great control with his powers and techniques.
Vanlerhan as earlier noted has a lecherous streak, possesses the gift of gab, and love being the center of attention. He also exudes an air of superiority (willingly or not) and has a pride as big as a building. On the positive side, he is generous, suave , and dependable. His courage is unquestionable as well as his honesty and loyalty.
