It is believed that Felgarg is an immortal. The politically correct term is Eternal. He is not exactly undying, just hard to kill. Many have tried, many a good men, but the evil of Felgarg is said to have haunted the extreme northern portions of Alleron for the last twenty years. By expert estimates and research, Felgarg was born 80 years ago. His apparent age of 21 is a mixed effect of his race and gift.

Felgarg is a notorious pirate, racketeer, thief, and gang-leader. His group is feared in the Areved Sea where they control land areas and sea routes. He has strongholds in a hundred locations scattered in numerous locations that shutting his operations have been a constant thorn on the side of law enforcement in the area. His Kyiokenjin heritage makes him a fearsome fighter, but his eternal gift makes him a revered legend amongst his peers and enemies.
He is a calm and calculating individual, but once in battle, he starts to incessantly chatter with his opponents. His leadership is measured by his disciplined approach and courageous show of fighting alongside his men. However, these traits are compounded by his tendency to be demanding, reckless, and hot-blooded at times.
Felgarg has numerous connections and a slew of items both technological and magical. He also has a lot of resources to fund his operations. His mastery of the fighting arts is also strong.
He has around three strong enemies, all of whom are bent on destroying his reign. These are the former leaders of the bandits that Felgarg has consolidated. On top of that, there are an estimated 4-5 more enemies after his head.
