"WAIT! No, please, don't kill her!" Frisk screamed and she ran in front of Undyne, spreading her arms out in front of her to protect her."No, Frisk, what are you doi--" Undyne protested, but Frisk cut her off. "Trust me." She whispered.
Undyne's breath hitched in her throat. She gulped and took a deep breath.
Asriel grinned. "Why, hello. Human." He whispered menancingly.
Frisk's angry gaze never left Asriel's oily black eyes. Determination was empowering every bit of her soul, and her eyed didn't show a hint of fear.
"It's time you stop this." She said.
She thought that, wow. The people were right. Asriel was terrifying. He didn't mess around. In reality, Frisk was incredibly scared. But she tried her hardest not to show it, that might just fuel his strength.
"I'm not afraid of you." She hissed, glaring at him.
Asriel laughed. "That's what they all say." He leaned closer.
"Every human has a bit of determination in them. They use it foolishly, and that leads to their death. Countless humans have fallen before you. And yet what was the point of them falling down here? To die?" Asriel chuckled menancingly.
"You humans are weak and disgusting." He hissed.
"NO." Frisk shouted, her voice strong and firm. She took a step forward. Her eyes narrowed. "I know I came into the Underground for a purpose. I'm not going to die. I refuse to let you kill me." She looked into his eyes.
"Do you think your subjects even care for you? No. They HATE you, Asriel. They only follow the rules because they're afraid of the consequences. You made their lives miserable. You took away EVERYTHING from them. Every monster that I met down here were extremely broken and hurt. They don't deserve this torment and hatred from you. They don't deserve a ruthless KILLER like you."
"I may not know the reason why you're like that, but what I DO know is that what you're doing to your people is just horribly wrong. And such sweet and inoccent monsters don't deserve this. I don't think I can change you, but I'm determined enough to try."
She sent him an icy glare. "So kill me now, I dare you. See what good it does you." She spat
Asriel froze in his place. His breath hitched in his throat. In his time of ruling, a human has never ever confronted him. They were usually too afraid to even come near him. And yet here was Frisk in front of him, with determination leading her body and speaking harsh truthful words to the king.
Asriel looked down. "You don't think I know that...?" He muttered.
"What?" Frisk blinked.
"You don't think I know that they're terrified of me? I've killed families and destroyed homes, human. You don't think I don't feel guilt...?"
Asriel cackled. "Of course I don't."
Frisk sighed. Undyne leaned forward. "P-Please, your highness, don't kill the child. Kill me inste-"
"Three days." Asriel said in a low voice.
"What?" Undyne asked.
"Make the human stay with me for three days."
