Meredith's POV

" Meredith, would you like to go on a date with me Friday night? He asks

OMG is this really happening?! Holy cow!!

" I would love too Spencer!" I say

" Awesome, I'll pick you up around 6?" He asks

"Okay, I'll be ready" I say

Just then his phone rings

" It's Caleb" He says

- Phone Call -

S - Hello?

C - Hey man, grab Meredith and meet me and Kels at the mall, we've got some pretty big news!

S - Okay, we'll meet you there.

C - Okay man, see you soon

S - Alright bye bro

C - See ya

- End of phone call -

" That was Caleb, he wants us to meet him and Kelsey at the mall, they have some news to tell us,  you down?" He asks

"Oh okay, yea I'm down!" I say

"Sweet. We should get going, since we have to take Max home and all" He says

"Yea for sure" I say

We arrived at the mall and met with Caleb and Kelsey and ate at Johnny Rockets. We sit down and Kelsey hands Spencer and I a piece of paper.

"Okay you two. You're the first ones we're telling so you can't tell anyone okay?" Caleb says

"Okay" Spencer and I say in unison

We open the paper and it says 'Baby coming November 2016'

Spencer freaks out its pretty funny to be honest.

"ARE YOU SERIOUS?! OMG! This is amazing!! Spencer yells

"Be quiet. You're in a public place and you and Mere are the only two that know. So shut up." Caleb says

"So do you know what it is yet?!" I ask

"No we find out in a few weeks." Kelsey says

"Oh okay! I'm so excited!!" I say

"Me too!" Spencer says

Spencer grabs my hand under the table. I look up at him and he smiles.
Caleb looks at us and says "Okay you two spill, what's going on?"

"We're going on a date Friday that's it" Spencer says

"Mhmm, sure" Caleb says

We get our food and eat, when we're done eating we decide to walk around the mall. Spencer buys me this adorable top from American Eagle and some maroon converse.

"Spencer you didn't have to buy me this stuff." I say

"I know but I wanted to. Gotta take care of my girl" he says with a cheesy grin.

I blush and hug him.

"Thank you Spencer" I say

"For what?" he asks

"For caring." I say

"Why wouldn't I care about you? You're amazing!" he says

I laugh "I'm just saying, I've only had one boyfriend my entire life and that was before I moved here. He never done the things you have done for me.  You have cared more for me in the past 2 days then he did in the whole 8 months we were together."
I say

"Oh wow. I don't know what to say." Spencer says

"You don't have to say anything. just thank you!" I say.

"You're welcome!" Spencer says

We finish shopping and we head home. Spencer drops me off at my house and walks me to the door.

"I had a really great time today Spence!" I say

"Me too, I'll see you tomorrow?" he asks

"Yes, yes you will" I say

"Okay bye Meredith!" he says as he kisses my cheek.

"Bye Spencer!" I say and go inside.
