WARNING: just know you're all worth it, you're loved and everything will be better in the end. if you ever need someone to talk to im here and you will never be alone.

there is swearing in this chapter

Ashton and Michael were laughing and just talking about whatever. Michael acted like he never harmed a certain blonde boy, Ashton acted like he didnt love a certain blonde boy.

"do you think im gonna find love?" the red haired boy spoke gently.

"of course i do. you had an amazing boy but-"

"don't bring up what happened." Michaels voice was dark and harsh. it terrified the older boy.

"Sorry, mate. i wasn't going to." Michael nodded and they played some fifa, ignoring what has happened.

In Ashton's mind he felt alone. he could be in a room with hundreds of people but he would still feel alone.

he wants to feel wanted, needed. he wants someone to love.

he could of had that with Luke but he managed to mess that up too. he always messes something up.

he cant wait to leave this shitty town and get somewhere in life.

if someone asked him how he was, he wouldn't be able to answer that. in reality he doesn't know how to answer that. he could be honest and say he feels like he's dying but they would just send him away and his siblings need him.

he could lie and say he is perfectly fine and have them believe him.

he doesn't need help.

Ashton wants someone to ask him how his but when he says his fine someone says "its okay not to be okay" and just hug the curly haired boy.

will Ashton find someone like that? he hopes so.

How did this all start? well let's go back in time, shall we?

Ashton wobbled downstairs, he was only four years old.

"mummy?" he called out, his voice was soft and gentle.

no answer. she might be out.

he wobbled into the living room and saw many empty liquor bottles.

he tilt his head in confusion, "papa?"

he looked at the couch and saw his drunken father chugging down another beer bottle.

"you're so annoying, you were a mistake."

lucky for Ashton, he had no idea what his father was saying.

13 years later

he was now five years old. he wobbled downstairs and saw his drunken father chugging down his fifth or so drink.

"daddy? where is mumma?" the youngling spoke softly.

"i don't give a crap where that tramp is." he spat.

Ashton frowned, not knowing why his voice was so cruel.

he just nodded and wondered off.

this was just the beginning.

11 years later

Ashton was now 7 or so. meaning he could now fully understand everyone that was being told to him.

his dad still drank and his mother was always gone.

he wondered downstairs, "daddy! guess what?!" his voice was so happy and he was a happy kid. but that soon changed.

"shut the hell up! you're so god damn annoying. no wonder why you have no friends. i don't give a shit what you have to say, go tell someone who actually cares." he spat.

tears prickled the young boys eyes, he never understood why his father was so harsh.

"papa.." he whimpered, only to earn a slap across the face.

"you're worthless, no one will ever love you."

thats what sent the boy up to his room, crying his eyes out.

every year it got worse.

the beatings.

the insults.

he found out his mum has been cheating. the reason why she has never been home in the morning is because she was with a better family.

was he really that bad?

he just wanted to be happy and to be loved.

he wants a place to call 'home'.
