Familiar faces.
Familiar surroundings.
A familiar vibe.Harry was free.
And Vik was still loving it.
As Vik lit another joint, Harry hanging loose over his shoulders, pressing his lips lightly to the cold cinnamon skin of his slightly older friend's neck.
"You're so clingy today, Haz."
"Only cause I'm with you, star."
Vik inhaled deeply.
"You know, I'm surprised Josh and Simon haven't showed up to tell us how we're not supposed to be here 'unsupervised' without them."
The shorter put air quotes around 'unsupervised'.
"You guys talking about us?"
"Well, speak o' the devil and he will appear." Harry chuckled mindlessly as he plucked the joint from between Viks fingers.
"Nice to see you too, Harry." Josh gave the youngest a small high five, and Simon pulled him in for a hug, whispering into his ear;
"Keep him safe, Harry."
The shorter cocked his head to the side and furrowed his eyebrows, but eventually caught on to what the stoner was saying.
An hour passed.
An hour passed and Harry was faded and Vik was blurry and they were both so relaxed that nothing bothered them. Not even the arguing behind them or the two boys swapping stories infront of them.
It was just Vik and Harry, in their own little bubble.
"You're pretty."
Thin, pale fingers ran over oaken skin, and Vik leaned his head on Harrys chest.
"You're really pretty."
The two were sat on an old and well-used sofa, be leather soft and peeling, cracked like the memories that went with it. With Harry leaned comfortably on the back, legs outstretched and feet on the floor, he had Vik curled up into a ball beside him. The younger had an arm wrapped around his companion, a hand coming up to lace fingers together.
"You're so so pretty."
Harry whispered once more, and Vik leaned up.
The position wasn't the most suitable one to be in, but they made do. Harry turned his head to the side, and Vik leaned his head up whilst facing the blond.
Their lips touched.
And something sparked inside the cinnamon star.
