Happy ending

Crying over a fallen lollipop,
a stolen bike,
Not getting on to the carousel, or something from the gift shop.

Getting mad over a lost toy,
Sand in your shoes,
Or an annoying mean boy.

Now it's different, it looks unfair.
All those little things, you don't even care.

Life seemed a fairy tale,
But not anymore.

Now it's filled with misery, distress.
Everything you didn't ask for.

No time left worth spending,
No tears worth crying.
Life isn't a fairy tale, there's no happy ending.
