Chapter 18: Blood Pack

(Kalia's Pov)

The weeks passed and Kyle had planned and attack on Cody's new Knights he had been struggling to find.  I sat out being I was halfway through my pregnancy. I just turned 20 weeks. Kyle and I out that it's a boy a week ago, and he was ecstatic, telling me how he told me so.

Clary had arrived a week ago to check on us and she was leaving today with us. It was really exciting to know that we where having a boy, I could even feel him moving. Clary said it was called quickening and that I wouldn't feel him actually kicking until 24 weeks. Otherwise he was healthy.

One again I was coming from Camilla's compound after asking her why she was attacking the bayou wolves, yet that wasn't my real intentions. Kyle wanted me to lure Cody in and lock him outside. It had worked and Cody and I walked around town as I headed for the cemetery.

"Why did you give me this?" I asked clutching a blue folder.

"Because Camilla is being a bitch since you killed her boyfriend." He said as I texted Kyle to get Issac and met at the cemetery to do a boundary spell.

"I wasn't in the mood to deal with him."

"All she does in whine about him, and how she's going to get revenge on you. I can't have my only enemy during before I can get to her."

"I don't know whether to take that as a compliment or if I should stay on my toes." I said as we walked into the cemetery.

"Kalia you wouldn't know of someone who disabled and stole all my daylight rings and stones would you?" He asked out of the blue as my phone dinged.

From Kyle:

Isaac is at the cemetery, at the tomb where we kissed at.

I almost laughed, it was raining that night, and we had just killed several of Williams people and he just kissed me. I looked o we at him and walked away from him and he followed me, I turned right and stopped.

"Answer me Kalia."  I heard Isaac chanting and I finally answered him.

"I have my share of spies as do you, I might've,  I might not. I'd find some shelter though before the sun comes up though." I said. Isaac emerges finishing his spell and Cody lunged hitting the boundary I laugh.

"Times ticking baby..." I taunt.

The night was hard, it was getting harder to sleep with our little boy, I always tossed and turned which made Kyle wake up. When this happened (it did a lot) I would go downstairs and eat, or even study or next plan.

Isaac stood in front of Kyle and I our packs around us.
"Packs are merged by what's important to you." He said picking up a bowl and a knife.

"The blood of your Alphas will merge and you will become a merged pack until one of your does." He said looking at me and I looked away and he gave the knife to Kyle, he cut open my palm, and Isaac placed the bowl under my hand. I winced, squeezing my hand into a fist to let the blood drip into the bowl, and Kyle did the same did the same. Isaac held to bowl close to him as he whispered a chant, he began moving the bowl in a circular motion before placing two fingers in the bowl and stopped. He looked up at the both of us, his hair perfectly gelled. He handed the bowl to Kyle and he looked at him.
"You drink half." He said placing his bloodied fingers on Kyle's neck, then he drank. He handed it to me and Isaac dips his fingers back in and created a line across my neck and motioned for me to finish.

I didn't criticize Isaac ways of Magic and he didn't criticize me fighting. But this was weird.
Suddenly there was a loud bang, and Kyle fell to the found clutching his leg.
"Kyle!" I yelled bending down to care for him as a vampire jumped from a tree and hissed, Caleb tore his heart out with ease as I pulled out the wolfsbane bullet from Kyle's leg.
"Caleb! Get Kalia out of here!" Kyle yelled and I shook my head and Caleb grabbed me as we quickly walked towards the old cabin. This is what I got for not letting Kyle do the Blood Pack  at my parents cabin. The old cabin was dusty, and full of junk except several weapons that the wolves in this area used. A vampire broke through the window and Caleb ripped his heart out. I walked around and opened a cabinet.
"Vervain.." I said searching the multiple jar and finally found it. I grabbed the arrow from under the window and saw Cody. It was rather cloudy today and it was started raining a couple hours ago. I guess Cody lifted the boundary spell.
"What are you doing?" Caleb asked and I ignored him and picked up two arrows and drenching them with vervain.
"Kalia!? We have a lot to discuss!" Cody yelled his back facing me. I opened the door and saw Kyle had Jake in a choke hold and caught my eye and shook his head. I ignored him and lifted he bow and placed the arrow in before concentrating and letting it fly, I placed the other one in the arrow  as in sunk into the back of Cody's shoulder. He grabbed it pulling it before dropping it as the vervain burned the skin on his hand. He turned around to me and I shoot  him again and it lands in his right chest. He looks up as he pulls it out and Caleb hands me another.
