Matt says "What can we do?" I ask "Nothing just let him rest. All we can do is hope." Nate says "Can someone explain?" Ross pipes up "Max was attacked by a shapeshifter." I say "But he's fine? No major injuries." Ross says "Yes but he was bitten. Shapeshifters can make other people shapeshifters by biting them." I say "Why is he passed out?" Ross asks I can't handle it! It's my fault. I should have been there quicker. I shouldn't have ran. I shouldn't have fallen in love with him! I shouldn't have met him! I run to the bathroom. It's my fault! It always is! "Anna!" Why did this happen? Fuck Franky! He better pray I don't find him. "I don't understand though. Why is he passed out?" Ross asks again "As you know there aren't that many shapeshifters." I say "Yeah?" He says "It's because when your born a shape shifter nothing happens but of you turn a shapeshifter threw a attack.." I fade out I can't tell him. "What happens?!" Ross asks in fear "He has to go threw a trial in his mind. Whatever he fears. If he passes it he's a shapeshifter if not he ..." Adam says we all know what happens but nobody can say it "Can we do anything to help him?" Ross asks "No." Matt says "What are we gonna tell everyone?" Ross asks what are we gonna tell the fans?! Max's perspective
What the fuck?! I'm in a room tied to a chair. "Hey sweetie!" A girl says she has to be about 18 "What the fuck let me go!" I shout my voice hurts like I've been screaming for days. "That no way to talk to me!" She says "Fuck off!" I shout She walks over to me and traces her finger around the bite mark. "Well you see I thought you might want to know what's going on?" She asks "Why am I tied to a chair?!" I ask "Because you lost to your challenge." She says What challenge?! "Now you get to see what happens because of it." She says and I'm gone. I see me on a bed in what looks like Nate's house! Then I see Anna next to the bed. "Hey Max I know you can pull threw it. It's been a week but you can do it. Just stay determined." She says I want to reach out to her but I can't. It flashes and Anna is on the other side of the bed. "Hey Max. I know your still there. It's been a month. We really miss you. We haven't said anything to the fans but there worried. Please come home." She says "Hey Max. It's Anna. I guess you know that I've been here everyday. It's been 3 months. Please come back. The others lost hope. It's only me and Ross still believing in you. We miss you. We told the fans you were hit by a car. They think your in a coma. Please come home." I feel myself crying "Hey Max. It's been a year almost. I miss you. I would pay anything to see you again. Everyone has lost hope but I still believe in you." She says the next flash is horrible. "Anna I'm sorry he's gone!" Adam shouts "No he can still do it!" She shouts "I'm sorry Anna he can't." Nate says "Anna it's impossible." Matt says "Ross please say something!" Anna shouts "I'm sorry Anna it's been a year and a half. He's gone." Ross says "No he's not!" Anna shouts it feels like my heart is being ripped out and stabbed repeatedly. Then a flash to Anna sitting at a tree. "I'm so sorry Max. It's my fault for not protecting you. I shouldn't have met you. It only causes problems. For you for everyone. I wish I could fix this but I can't. I'm sorry." She says At that moment she pulled out a rope. She tied it to the tree. I begged her to stop but she couldn't hear me. And she climbed the tree and jumped. And at that everything was gone.
