Unexpected love

Chapter 6

After three months of hard work, the day of the music hall finally came. Killian and Emma were able to move on from what happened although they still had feelings for each other.

Aside from their relationship being "unprofessional", Emma had another reason why she pulled away from Killian.

Her first love, Neal, had passed away in a car accident about two years before. She was so hurt and broken that she still wasn't completely over it. She was scared is she was going to lose someone that she really loved and the same thing she went through with Neal, would happen all over again.

The night of the music hall came and Emma got into a black tight dress with black five inch heals. The tips if her hair were loosely curled. She had a clear lip gloss on and black eyeliner.

Killian had a black shirt with a black leather jacket. He went to Emma's house to pick her up since her car was at the mechanic.

Emma was finishing up the last touches if her hair and make up when she heard a honk outside her house. She knew it was Killian so she quickly got everything she needed and put it into her black hand bag as she quickly walked out the door.

Killian was in the car when the door swung open. Emma quickly got into the car. Before Killian was able to even say hello to her, she said something. "Quick! Let's go we're gonna be late", she said out if breath. Killian quickly took the car out of park mode and started driving to the auditorium. As they were driving, Killian decided to break the silence. "You look stunning Swan", he said. He felt her eyes turn to him as he continued speaking "just incase you didn't already know", he said. "Oh...thanks",she said with a smile as she blushed. "You look-"

"I know", he interrupted.

She smiled and continued to stare out the window.

They pulled up to the auditorium parking lot and quickly turned to each other. "We got this", they both said at the same time. He smiled as she nervously laughed.

Emma was greeting the mother of one of her students when she took a quick glance at Killian. He was greeting another parent. She saw how kind and funny he was being with the parent. She thought he was being so professional and sweet and she just couldn't help but admire that.

Another parent approached Emma and greeted her. She was having a brief conversation with the parent when she felt a hand on the small of her back. She turned he mr head just enough to know it was Killian. He was leaning over her to reach the hand of the parent she was talking to so he could shake it. Emma felt this weird feeling rush through her body. She tried to ignore it as Killian jumped into the conversation.

After greeting many more parents, the show was about to begin. Their were hundreds of people in the audience making Emma and Killian even more nervous. Since they were going against other acting schools that merged, they had to make sure they had practiced a lot.

They went back stage to give their students a little pep talk before they went on stage. "Alright guys this is it. We know you guys all have it in you. We can do this!", she chanted as everyone cheered. "Alright but...um...yea we have seen each and every one of you grow in your acting lives and we wish you the best of luck! Muah! We love youuu!", she said as they hugged their students. Killian was incredibly impressed on how she spoke to them. He thought she sounded so inspirational and amazing.

The show began and Killian and Emma took their seats. After their class performed, Killian and Emma cheered and chanted like little five year olds. Emma giggled at how immature they were being.

The host came with the winner of the Annual theatric hall. This was the moment they were all waiting for. They stood up and Emma quickly grabbed onto Killian's arm as anxiety built up inside of them.

"And the winner of this year's Annual Theatric acting Hall is...", Emma's grip on Killian's arm became tighter and tighter by the second. "Sparks of fire and Magic of acting!", the announcer said. The crowed cheered as Emma screamed and pulled Killian into a tight hug. He lifted her up and spun her around as they laughed and cheered. Killian put Emma down and they looked at each other and got lost in each other's eyes. "Oh screw it", Emma said right before she pulled Killian down and kissed him.
