The Date (Part 2)

Lukas's POV:

She's so perfect, I thought, looking into her eyes. I felt a faint blush on my cheeks as I did

so. She looked back into my eyes and gave me a hug. "Thank you for bringing me here,

Lukas," She said, giving me a smile. "No problem Jess," I responded, smiling back. I gave

her a small kiss on the lips and stared into the sunset. Everything was perfect. I turned

around and saw her slicing the pie that I made for us. "Here you go!" She giggled, holding

out the pie. I reached for it, when she brought it upwards into my face. She started

laughing, and soon I did too. I scraped the whipped cream off of my face and wiped it on

Jess's. "Food fight!" She yelled, taking the pie and dropping it on my head. "Hey! No fair!"

I called, "you had a head start!" She laughed and picked up a sandwich. "You snooze, you

lose!" She replied, throwing a sandwich at me. I laughed and picked it up, throwing it

back at her. I checked the basket and saw that there was no more food left. "Dang it!

There's nothing left!" I told her. "Perhaps," She replied, smiling. She dumped a bag of

chips on me. I laughed as she sat down next to me. "Hey Jess,"I told her, "I have a gift for

you." She smiled at me. "What is it?" She asked. I took some of the chips that were on me

and dumped them on her. "Here ya go!" I said. "Lukas! You cheater!" She replied playfully.

I shrugged. "There are no rules in a food fight," I told her. She laughed and gave me a kiss.

I kissed her back, and felt something push my back. I stumbled forward, and felt pain in

my side. I fell off the edge of the cliff and I glanced back, only to see Aiden, smirking at

me.

Jess's POV:

I leaned in and kissed him, only to find that a few seconds later he wasn't kissing me

anymore. I opened my eyes and saw that he was laying on the ground, holding his arm in

pain. I saw a leg kick him off, and I screamed. "LUKAS!" I screamed, tears filling my eyes.

"JESS!" I heard him scream back. I turned around and saw Aiden standing behind me.

"Why would you do that?" I asked him quietly. I felt tears stream from my eyes.

"Because Jess," He said, "I'm the one who truly loves you." I stood up, my eyes full of rage.

"Well I will never love you, you jerk!" I yelled at him, "besides, you already have a

girlfriend, so why do you want me?" Aiden let out a small chuckle. "We were dating, but

she broke up with me. Besides, you're much better than her," He said. I scowled, "I hate

you Aiden! I-" I was cut off by his lips smashing into mine. I tried to pull away, and

succeeded for a few seconds. "I know that you love me, and always will," He said,

smirking, "and I know how to make you." I felt something slip onto my neck, and

everything went black.

Aiden's POV:

I saw Jess and Lukas kissing, covered in food from a food fight they had a few moments

ago. I smirked and thought to myself, She'll be mine soon enough, Lukas. I ran up to them,

and kicked Lukas on the ground near the edge of the cliff. I saw him clutching his arm in

pain. I kicked him again over the edge. "LUKAS!" I heard Jess scream, her eyes filling with

tears. I heard Lukas call her name back. She looked at me with her beautiful emerald

colored eyes, which were filled with tears. "Why would you do that?" She asked me

quietly, tears rolling down her cheeks. "Because Jess, I'm the one who truly loves you," I

told her. "Well I will never love you, you jerk!" She yelled at me, "besides, you already

have a girlfriend, why would you want me?" I laughed at this. "We were dating," I told

her, "but she broke up with me. Besides, you're much better than her!" She scowled at me.

"I hate you Aiden! I-" She yelled before I cut her off by kissing her. I felt her struggle to get

away from me, so I let her. I took this opportunity to speak. "I know that you love me, and

always will!" I told her, "and I know how to make you!" I slipped a necklace over her

head, which caused her to faint. I got the necklace from a guy on the streets, who said that

it erased any bad thoughts about a person if it was slipped onto their neck, and could also

alter any thoughts to become reality. Finally! I thought, looking at the necklace. I'll get the

girl of my dreams!
