Chapter 1

---Tsuki's P.O.V---

I lie here, unable to move. I can't see, but I can hear and feel. I feel something shake me.

"Tsuki, wake up! Hawk did it, you can too!" A familiar crying voice says. King...I can feel long hair and hear another crying voice on my other side. Elizabeth.

"Wake up already. You can't quit like this. We're part of a team!" Another voice. Meliodas? I feel myself being picked up and laid in someone's palm. Diane!

"Please! Wake up! I can't do this without you! You know that! I miss you!" King yells and I feel his tears fall on my face. "Please!" He begs. I want to be with him!

"Okay." A voice comes from me. I feel the darkness that has trapped me melting away. I open my eyes to see King staring at me with tear-filled eyes. He hugs me and I feel something different. One, I don't think I'm wearing any clothes. Two, I feel smaller than usual. I'm sure I'll grow back to size.

"I'm so happy that you're alive..." He whispers.

It's been a while, and I'm still short. Right now, everyone's drunk themselves unconscious with a silly drinking contest I forget who started. I lie on King's jacket, half asleep. I remember this really really weird dream I had. The Grey Demon was "rebirthing" me into this world and I was his "daughter". Whatever, I'll think about it later.

"Starting now, we're all going to search for Hawk together! I'm ordering you as your captain!" Meliodas yells.

"But shouldn't you be the one to look for him?" King speaks up.

"I'm still so sleepy..." I rub my eyes.

"So cute." King pokes me. I bite his thumb aggressively. He frowns.

"Alright. Whoever's the first to capture Hawk will get to tell me what to do for the whole day!" Meliodas announces.

That wakes me up.

"I'll do it!" Diane calls out.

"Me too!" King jumps up.

"I go wherever he goes." I shrug, leaning back into King.

"Count me in too!" Gilthunder raises his hand.

"Gilthunder? Are you sure you're well enough now?" Elizabeth asks him.

"I felt better after I vomited. You'll be joining the search too, right?" He asks Elizabeth.

Elizabeth nods.

"Now then! Let's go!" Meliodas raises his fist.

"Right!" We all cheer.

"Hawk! Come on out, will you?" Diane calls out.

"Why are you tagging along?" King asks Howser.

"I have some business here, that's all." Howser says defensively.

"Mmhmm?" I grin.

"What's your problem?!" He blushes.

"Come on! Be serious, both of you!" Diane scolds us.

"Uhhhh Pork!" Howser calls out.

"It's Hawk!" Diane looks away.

"By the way, Diane...Are all your injuries healed?" Howser asks.

I yawn, moving deeper into King's pocket. I curl up, thinking about that weird dream. I tune everyone out.

I don't know where I am, and I don't care to look. I think we're back in the tavern. I don't care, there's something I need to do.

I jump out of King's pocket.

"Tsuki? Where are you going?" He looks at me.

"Away for a little bit. I'll be back tomorrow." I jump onto the floor of the tavern, running off.

"Tsuki!" King calls after me but he doesn't chase me.

I make my way down to where the Grey Demon is.

I stand before him.

"Give me some answers!" I yell.

Silence.

"Answer me!" I glare.

Silence again.

"ANSWER ME!!!" I smash my fist into the cave wall.

"I thought you might be down here." Meliodas says from behind me.

"The hell do you want?" I growl at him.

"Woah there kitty. Don't need to be so defensive. I know you're keeping a secret. A big one." He steps forwards.

"My life is none of your business." I turn around.

"Is it King's business? Would you mind if I told him you were down here shouting at a demon?" He counters.

"I'm not the only one here who talks to demons." I respond icily, walking past him.

He grabs my arm.

"I don't like your attitude. I understand if you don't want to tell me now, since all this is new to you. But remember, I'll always be here for you. I love you and I always will, Tsukiko. There's always that one person that you'll always still have feelings for." Meliodas tells me. I throw his arm off me.

"You have the princess. Don't get distracted." I hiss at him.

I leave the cave, thinking about my dream.
