Hariri had been prime minister for five times the first time was from 1992 -1998 and from 2000 to October 20 2004. One of his achievements during his tenure was that he fixed the lira price from 3000 L.L. Equal to 1 $ and he fixed the lira price to 1$ equal 1500 L.L. . Another achievement Hariri did was that he funded organization that needed money for example he gave donations to people who their houses where destroyed in a natural disaster since it reminded when his dad Bahaa Hariri lost his work because of a disaster.
