I dreamed of her last night. Just like how I dreamed of her the other night, and the other night before the other night.
It was like a series of dreams, it plays over and repeats.

Science states that the hormones are the ones to blame for the overwhelming feeling of falling and being in love. Say, it’s a chemically-induced emotion. And it only lingers for six months. Once those hormones dry up, and so does love.
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.” -- -- 1 Corinthians 13:1-13
And above is the religious view of the so-called love. Cliché, yes.
Whichever of what we want to believe, things will just turn out the same in the end. It’s either we’ll have a happy or a tragic ending. We win some, we lose some. Simple.
As to where I am in those two choices now…
I’m going to close my eyes and sleep again.
