Chapter Twenty ~ Final

~ 2 Months Later ~

What in hell? I pulled the car into the driveway and got out.

"Tony what are you doing?" I called.

Tony was sitting on the roof, a box sitting next to him.

"Christmas lights", He called down, pulling a strand of coloured fairy lights from the box to show me.

I laughed, seeing your boyfriend sitting on the roof in skinny jeans wasn't exactly the most normal thing to come home too.

"How was your day?" He called down.

I shook my head, laughing, "Pretty good. What about you?"
"Better now", He called back, "Wanna help?"

"Uh", I laughed, "I'm fine."

"Come on", he pleaded, "It's a very 'couples thing' to do."

"'Couples thing'?", I laughed, "Hanging Christmas lights?"
"Yeah, you know? Something couples do together that they can remember in years to come and laugh about?"

I laughed at him, "I know what a 'couples thing'  is but hanging Christmas lights?"

"Come on Tor", he called, "Come help."

"I don’t think it's very safe", I called back.

"Why not?" he called back.

"Because if I get up there one of us is going to try to kiss the other and that’s where the danger comes in", I reasoned but I couldn't keep the smile from my face.

He seemed to consider this, "You're probably right."

I nodded.

"It would be pretty unsafe."

I nodded.

"Because I really do want to kiss you right now."

I nodded unable to keep the goofy smile from my face.

"Ugh guys get a room, seriously", Jaime called as he appeared from around the side of the house.

"Jealous Jaime?" I asked playfully.

He laughed, winking at me, "Maybe a little."

"I know Tony's amazing, but Jaime, buddy, you've got to calm down or I think Tony's going to notice", I said playfully.

Suddenly I felt arms around my waist and I turned to see Tony standing behind me, his arms threaded around my waist, pulling me against him. My back was pressed against his chest. Jaime burst out laughing and I could feel Tony's laughter against my back. Tilting my head back I leant it against Tony's shoulder, laughing quietly.

"Are you guys coming out tonight?" Jaime asked through his laughter.

I looked up at Tony, "I think so. You still up for it Turtle?"

"Yeah", He said, leaning down and kissing my cheek.

"Well I'm gonna go get ready. I'll pick you guys up in an hour?" Jaime asked as he walked down the drive to his car.

"Yeah, thanks man", Tony said waving as Jaime got into his car and drove off.

"So", Tony turned me to face him, his hands still around my waist and our torsos pressed together, "Can I have that kiss now?"

"Do you even have to ask?" I wrapped my arms around his neck and smiled.

I melted into him as he pressed his soft lips to mine. Suddenly my legs were swept out from under me (literally) and Tony was carrying me into the house. Without taking his lips from mine he managed to carry me up the stairs. Pulling my lips from his I giggled.
"Tony put me down!"
