Old Friend

Lana's POV
My alarm clock went off and I looked at the time. 6:30. I woke Chloe and Electra up and told them to get ready for school. I threw on a hot pink shirt, white skinny jeans and my vans and curled my hair. While they were getting ready, I fixed breakfast.

"Oooo that smells good!" Electra said coming down the stairs.
"Well, I know how pancakes are your favorite. And Chloe I fixed bacon for you!" At that moment Chloe came running down the stairs.
"BACON?" She ran towards the counter and started eating it. Me and Electra laughed. When she finished eating, we headed to school and Dana was outside waiting for me.
"We'll go on ahead" Chloe said and winked at me. I rolled my eyes.

"Hey Dana," I said and kissed his cheek.
"Hey," he said. We started walking and talked about pointless things until we got to the schoolyard.
"Hey, do you wanna come over for a bit tonight?" I asked him. He nodded and we went our separate ways to class.

School dragged on and it was finally lunch. I went to the lunch room and ended up walking right into someone.
"I'm so sorry, I wasn't paying attention," I said and looked up. They looked familiar to me, but I wasn't sure who they were.
"No worries, its chill. I'm Dimitri."
"I'm Lana."
"Lana.. Lana Julian? Estelle Julian's daughter? Our moms were friends a few years ago!" So that's where I know him from. "We just moved back here, maybe we can hang out and catch up."
"Yeah that's cool, I'll see you around."

I walked to my table and sat down. Chloe and Electra just stared at me.
"What?" I asked them.
"Who was that?" Chloe asked like she was interrogating me.
"An old friend, no one to worry about."
"Mmhm, okay girl," Electra said and started stuffing her face. I started laughing and started eating my lunch.

After school, me and Dana walked to my house. I told Electra and Chloe what was happening and they decided to go to the mall until I told them Dana was gone. We walked in and I started fixing food.
"So I ran into an old friend today, Dimitri. I figured I'd tell you in case you ever wondered who he was."
"I don't mind if you talk to guys Lana, just as long as you don't talk to them like you do me," he wrapped his hands around my waist and kissed my cheek. I started blushing. I turned around and faced him. He was so cute.
"I wouldn't talk to anyone else the way I talk to you."
"Well, I would hope not. I wouldn't feel special then." He started laughing, took my food and ran towards my room.
"Hey give that back!" I chased after him and tackled him. I pinned him down.
"No one takes my food without a fight." He started laughing and surrendered. I smirked, got off of him and helped him up.

Dana's POV
I sat on the couch while Lana fixed popcorn. I was picking out a movie and decided on watching a romantic movie because those are the kind she likes. I ended up picking A Walk To Remember. She brought in the popcorn, sat next to me, and I started the movie.

By the middle of the movie, Lana was already asleep. She was on my lap and I didn't want to move her so I started playing with her hair. I wanted to kiss her. I haven't actually kissed her since we've started dating. While I was playing with her hair, she woke up.
"Is the movie over?" I laughed.
"No, its in like, the middle." She groaned and sat up. Her hair was a mess but she made it look cute.
"Its only 6:45 are you kidding me." We laughed and continued to watch the movie.

Half an hour later, the movie ended and I turned it off. Lana looked at me smiling.
"What?" I asked her.
"That was the cutest movie ever." I laughed and got up to go home.
"I'll see you at school tomorrow, okay?" She nodded and I kissed her cheek and left.

Lana's POV
When Dana left, I immediately texted Chloe to let them know they could come back from the mall. I started watching Goosebumps and about 20 minutes later, they showed up.
"How'd your date go?" Electra asked, heading straight for the fridge.
"It was amazing but I thought for sure that he was gonna kiss me."
"Have you guys even kissed yet?" Chloe asked and I shook my head.
"Give it time, it'll happen soon." I looked at her questionably and she just laughed. After the movie was over, we all went to bed.
