Sakura sighed, walking down the road, she looked around calmly..
"I guess he was right.." She whispers softly, sighing and picking up her pace. She then sensed a certain chakra making her spin around and raise a kunai up Infront of her, and out came... Shuri?! Sakura dropped the kunai and relaxed her stance
"Shuri what are you doing out here? You should be at home with kizu and Kakashi"
"But aunt Sakura! I wanted to come! Besides uncle kashi didn't object"
"Did you even tell him?" Sakura asked arms crossed giving the young girl a serious look, Shuri sweatdropped and rubbed the back of her neck nervously
"No.... But uncle kashi said that I'm strong! Besides! I'm the daughter of a demon! I can handle myself!" Shuri said proudly, Sakura sighed and patted her head
"Alright alright, I know that your very proud to be a half demon but you should be getting home" Shuri frowned
"Come on please let me come with you aunt Sakura!! Please!" Shuri begged, ears folding down and using her puppy dog eyes the ones Kakashi couldn't stand. Sakura sighed at the girl covering her eyes
"If you come you have to listen and not run off okay? It could be dangerous and I doubt both your father and uncle would like it if you came home hurt"
"But you like the best medical Ninja ever!" Sakura smiled
"I'm not the best, I have a lot to learn" Sakura said smiling, turning around and walking forward Shuri keeping up and walking beside her aunt.. Shuri grinned, hands behind her back as she walked her black and white hair swayi as she moved her head
"Hey aunt Sakura?" She asked curiously, Sakura raised an eyebrow at the girl waiting for her to respond "are you and uncle kashi gonna get married anytime soon? Because dad said you both were engaged" Shuri asked
"We are, but for now I think it's best if we just take it slow, kakashi hasn't been in the best of moods lately and I don't want to pressure him too much. Doing that could lead to someone getting hurt" Sakura said smiling a little. Shuri then brought her hand to her chin
"But don't you love eachother?" Shuri asked, Sakura sighed
"I sometimes don't know, your uncle has a habit of.. Stitching from one emotion to another in seconds, one second being loving and caring and the next to being hostile and angry, your uncle is strange like that"
"But you do? Don't you?" Sakura smiled
"Of course I love your uncle Shuri, we might seem like we don't sometimes but we do love eachother.. Kakashi's always had a hard time expressing his emotions to most" Shuri nodded
"I like my uncle.. He's cool" Sakura giggled quietly
"That's great Shuri, you like your cousins?"
"OF COURSE! There so adorable!" Shuri exclaimed giggling and blushing "especially when their with uncle kashi..." Sakura smiled widely
"I can't not agree with that Shuri" Sakura said smiling, Shuri grinned and walked forward Infront of Sakura and grinned looking up at the bright blue sky, Sakura sighed, looking around there was no sign of trouble, her mission however was important, it was to go firstly to sunagakure and accompany a lords son to their final destination, the snow village. It would be a long trip but it was worth it. Shuri grinned,
"Shuri" Sakura said, looking to the girl, Shuri looked to her aunt and smiled,
"Ya?" She asked giggling to herself, Sakura smiled at the girl
"Once we get to the border of the leaf I want you to go home okay? You could get lost on the way back in the desert and the last thing I want is you getting yourself killed, I'll be alright okay?" Shuri frowned but nodded
"Okay..." Sakura smiled and nodded, sighing as she looked back just a seemingly endless path forwards and backwards but it was alright, it was relaxing on a nice day like today, Sakura smiled a little and watched as Shuri began to chase bug along the path. The girl amusing herself as they continued their way, Sakura smiled seeing the border of the leaf and the sand in the distance, looking to Shuri the girl looked disappointed
"I'm gonna have to ask uncle if he and dad can take me on one of their adventures!" She shouted frowning, Sakura smiled
"Well when you become a fully fledged ninja I can take you out on missions okay?" Sakura said smiling, Shuri giggled and hugged the pinkette tightly
"You the best aunt Sakura!" Shuri shouted, sakura then smiled and looked forward only to see a familiar redhead and his siblings walking down the road, Sakura then smiled and whispered something to Shuri who ran ahead and grinned
"HEY WOLF PUP!" Shuri shouted giggling loudly. The group then trumped around the redhead giving the girl a serious look. Shuri giggled and was about to run off when sand caught her by the ankles making her whimper and laugh nervously... Kankuro then walked forward
"What did you just call the kazekage?!" Kankuro shouted Shuri whimpered..
"AUNT SAKURA!!!" Shuri shouted the sand letting go as the red heard the name, Shuri ran back to Sakura scared, hugging Sakura tightly, whimpering
"It's alright Shuri, calm down" Sakura whispered, sweatdropping she then smiled to the sand team
"That was my fault, sorry if she surprised you all" Sakura said walking up to the team, Gaara stared at her shocked..
"Oh it's you that annoying girl from the chuunin exams" Sakura sighed, stalking up to kankuro. Finger against his chest
"I'll have you know kankuro I am one of the best medical ninja's in the hidden leaf and future wife of the bloody wolf of the leaf" Sakura growled, poking kankuro's chest with every word, Temari and Gaara smirked at her as she crossed Her arms "I'd also prefer you not to speak like that to your fellow shinobi" Sakura sighed firmly, Shuri hiding behind her now nervously,
"She's not your kid is she?" Temari asked, Sakura smiled
"Oh, no she isn't she's my niece.. I already have two young ones to take care of at home" Sakura said smiling
"Yeah!" Shuri shouted grinning, the girl then looked up at Gaara and grinned
"You look like a panda!" She exclaimed giggling, Sakura smiled, shuri's wolf ears and tail raising as she smiled at Gaara who smiled back a little.
"So your here to transport the lords son?" Gaara questioned, Sakura nodded and smiled
"Yes I am, could we possibly accompany you? It gets a little boring with just the two of us, isn't that right Shuri?"
"Yeah! Aunt Sakura you don't think I could stay in the sand do you?! Please! Just until you get back!!" Shuri begged jumping up and down, Sakura looked up to Gaara and his siblings
"I don't mind her staying, she's welcome being the niece of my Superior" Gaara says nodding his head, Shuri grinned and hugged Sakura tightly
"Alright you can stay with Gaara okay?" Sakura then looked up "another thing, you wouldn't mind if I used one of your messenger birds would you? Kakashi nor kizu know that Shuri is with me and I'd like to notify them before they go... Over board" Gaara nodded
"Of course" Gaara stated, Sakura smiled as the group started moving, Shuri just asking endless questions to Gaara, who was more interested in Sakura then the little girls questions...
