The day flew by and I was finally back home making dinner for Bradley and I. I was singing along to the radio, when there was a knock on the door. I slid along the ground to greet whom was at the door.
"Heeellllooooo," I sang seeing Bradley at the door.
"This is for you," he gave me a bottle of wine.
"Thank you," I said letting him in. "You're early."
"Yeah sorry. I needed to get away from the boys."
"Oh that's fine, the food just won't be ready for a little bit."
"Good, we can open this wine." He took it out of my hand and winked. "For what it is worth, the food smells good."
"Ehh worth enough," I smiled as he handed me my glass of wine.
"Do you need help with anything?" He asked.
"No, I think I have it under control." I pecked his lips. "Thank you though. I'm excited for the concert tomorrow!"
"Me too! All this rehearsing has me ready to get going."
"I think I'm just interested to see how I will react to a crowd of hyperventilating screaming teenage girls." I chuckled. I had never been to a concert like a Vamps concert. Most of the ones I went to were really low-key or more along the rock vibe. So to say I was going to be out of my comfort zone, would be an understatement.
"Trust me, by the end of the show you will be a hyperventilating, screaming teenage girl."
I was laughing saying, "In your dreams Bradley." I was finishing up getting dinner ready, when Bradley wrapped his hand around my waist pulling me away from the food.
"I don't quite know how I am going to be able to be away from you on tour," he whispered in my ear.
My head dropped. I knew he was going on tour, but kept pushing it to the back of my mind. It was like each time we would be building up this relationship, he would have to leave. I know it's what I signed up for but it sucked. It's like he was being pulled away right when things were getting good.
"What's wrong?" He looked in my eyes; you could tell he was worried.
"Nothing, it's just like we are getting to know each other and you're being like ripped away from me. I'm not complaining because I love every second I get to hang out with you, but it just sucks."
"It does suck trust me. I hate it as much as you. However, I'm not too worried about us, I think we will be just fine." He gave me a reassuring kiss on the lips, "Now let's eat this amazing dinner you made and not worry about tour."
"Sounds perfect," I pecked his lips and served up our food.
About an hour later we were snuggled up on the couch watching a movie and finishing off our bottle of wine. We both were giggling at pointless stuff during the film, and each time Bradley's grip around me would tighten.
I heard the door unlock and my body quickly stiffened. I thought Liz was out of town again, but I guess I'm wrong. Bradley looked at me confused and I just shrugged my shoulders. Liz was talking to someone and the second they got closer I recognized his voice. I could recognize his voice anywhere. My eyes got wide.
I mumbled, "Shit."
"What?" Brad looked at me.
"She's with Whit."
"Oh shit."
