Only Thinking About You

Chapter 2

Chapter 2:

I jumped down from the car and looked around. I had missed this place. There was a faint smell of autumn peeking out from the clouds of the Ohio sky.

I turned around to try and find the boy, but he had disappeared as instantly as he had appeared. I didn't want to talk to Cassie about him, because she was notorious for "Boy Snatching"

I remember in the ninth grade, I had a crush on Will Collins. He was the only freshman on the Varsity Soccer team, and his shy side made me fall for him. I told all of this to Cassie and she started flirting with him! They hung out only once before he moved to Florida on a soccer scholarship to an academy, but I still though about that when I get new crushes.

"Uh, Kallie?" Cassie said waving her hand in front of my face and waking me up from a daze. "Let's go pick up our schedules from the office before the bell rings. I want to see if I get Mr. Chase!"

Mr. Chase was the MOST popular teacher in the 11th grade. Probably in the whole school. County? But anyways, not only was he well known for his awesome teaching skills, all the girls wanted him for his super sexy looks. He could make a girl fall for him just by looking at them with his sexy smirk as we all call it. And there are rumors that he gets together with one or two of his students every year. And if that's true, every girl wants to be her!

The front office was the first thing visitors got to when they walked into the school. Decorated with cream leather couches. it felt more like a lounge than a place to call home if you lost your house key!

The place was packed full of students that didn't get their schedule mailed to them, or that were out of town all summer, like us. The secretary handed out schedules and answered question super fast. Before we knew it, we were pushed out of the office and squeals escaping from our lips!

"Yes!" we both cried. "Mr. Chase for home room!"

We both compared schedules.

Mine:

Home room: Mr. Chase for English

2nd Period: Ms. Sandy for Spanish 3

A Lunch

Free Period

3rd Period: Mrs. Krint for Biology

4th Period: Mr. Ninte for Chorus

It turned out that me and Cassie had all of the same classes! We found our lockers, (Which were close together as well) and headed down giddily to Mr. Chase's class.

We passed the guidance office where tons of students were trying to get their schedule changed.

We heard a girl say "Mr. Chase said that I would be in his home room! But he isn't even one of my teachers!"

There were tons of girls with the same complaints as well.

We laughed as we walked past slowly and said "We got him!" Tons if girls looked at us either like they were lost puppies, or they wanted to chop our heads off.

The first bell rang and we scurried down the hall. Mr. Chase was standing at his door passing out syllabuses and giving out seating orders.There was a group of girls standing across the hall, staring REAL hard!

I walked into the class and stopped dead in my tracks with a big smile on my face. There, sitting in the seat right beside were Mr. Chase told me to sit, was Mr. Mystery...
