Its my birthday today so my friends which are Max, Cody, Alec, Lesarus, Becka, Lea, and Alexandra went to a nice cafe for a hang out. Cody put his hand over mine which sent tingles up my arm. "Guys we should do something its not like Amanda turns 17 all the time!" Alec says to us, we all nod then a idea came up to my head. "Let's get tattoos!" then we were here at a tattoo shop, Cody was talking to one of them whispering something I couldn't hear. We all took turns, Alec got a wolf on his chest, Lea got a star on her palm, Becka got a fire skull, and I got a wolf on my forearm. "Ma'am if you would like we have a reservation of a tattoo for you" a brunette asked. I nod my head then got a mystery tattoo on my other arm. Cody got one on the opposite of his arm. Once we got home everyone was throwing a BBQ for me, there was so many people drinking or even making out. Cody came up to me and took me somewhere that its beautiful, "do you want to find out what is the mystery tattoo?" I nod my head. He unwrapped the white cloth from me and the tattoo showed a fancy writing saying 'Cody's Mate' with a moon on the corner, his says 'Amanda's Mate' with a moon on his too. It was cliche but really sweet and kind, I hugged him which sent so many sparks.

We went all back to our lives, before I opened my room Cody held me back. "Can I go in with you?" Cody asks me, I nod my head and we enter my huge room. I had a small kitchen, a living room, and a room with a bathroom. "Your place is bigger than I ever thought" I chuckled, "Yeah since I never got a real home, my father built this for me, its like he knew this would....happen" thoughts got in my head. My eyes widened at this, I ran to the closet and grabbed the chest, my father to not open this until they all die. I open it to see a letter with my name written on it. I open the letter to see a number with a family photo.

If you are reading this then we are dead, Amanda no matter what stay strong for everything. I knew you would live in this place and soon find the clues, the number I put there was for to call that number when something bad happens to your pack or you. After I read that I sobbed and let tears fall down my cheeks. I curled up into a ball, let my tears flow freely. Cody straddled me in his embrace while I sobbed loudly. "Hey you shouldn't cry, not on your birthday, your family is someplace safe don't worry love" I nod my head and calm myself down.
