it's not that he wanted to leave you, it's that the company didn't allow him to have a relationship. so, he did what he had to do.
"(y / n), we need to talk."
"about what?"
"i can't do this anymore."
"can't do what? yoongi, you're freaking me out right now."
"you want me to be honest. i was never in love with you. and now that i think about it, you've always been a way to pass time. it was fun while it lasted."
you stared at his straight face, hoping that his eyes would tell you that he was lying.
but you saw nothing.
and so, at that very moment, time stopped and you could've swore you heard your heart break into a thousand pieces.
you didn't know what to do, so you ran. you ran and ran and ran till your feet couldn't go on anymore. you looked around and wondered where you were. and that's when you realized you were at the very spot where you two first met.
you yelled. you yelled and yelled until your voice wouldn't work properly anymore.
there was only one thought in your mind.
why? why did he break up wth you so easily? why did he think it you were a joke? why did he do this to you?
and so you cried your way back home and the moment you entered your house, you realized he was gone.
all of his stuff was packed and already feel gone.

a week passed by and you wouldn't speak. you looked dead, but honestly you didn't care.
the members kept on texting you telling you that he's lying and that he's been locked up in his room.
but you didn't care. all you knew is that you had to move on. why cry over someone who never cared about you?
but you couldn't. you missed the way how he would hold you hand. it fit perfectly into his.
"(y / n), i think God made this hand just for me. look how perfectly it fits into mine."

"(y / n), forgive me. i love you. you made me feel at home. but this is something that i have to do. i'm sorry. please find someone who can make you happy"
and so those words were unspoken. he watched you run off. and he wanted to stop you, but he knew that this was for the best.
he walked straight home to his dorm. and there were the members happy as ever.
"yoongi," said jimin, "you missed it! v and j-hope were dressed up as girls dancing to red velvet!"
he was unamused. and then he remembered he had to go pack his stuff for your apartment.
and so he ran as fast as he could straight the the apartment and took his stuff before you arrived.
