It was now Wednesday and I was going back to school, I quickly applied some make up to cover the bruises on my face, my lip was healing already but my eye was still split open.
"Want a lift to school?" Liam asked.
"Sure." I smiled before walking over and pecking his lips.
"Hurry up back from school tonight." Liam smiled.
"Why?" I asked confused.
"No reason just thought we could have a chill together."
I walked outside and climbed in Liam's car. We talked all the way to the school, we pulled up outside the gates and Lucy was there waiting for me.
I took my seat belt off and went to open the door when Liam made a coughing noise to get my attention.
"What?" I asked.
Liam touched his lips; I rolled my eyes and then leant in to kiss him.
"See you later princess." Liam said before driving off.
"Oh my life, he is the boy from the party who asked me where you were, what are you doing with him?" Lucy said shocked.
"Lucy, that's Liam he lives with me remember and he is now my boyfriend." I filled Lucy in on everything, she said she was happy for me but I could tell she wasn't.
"You need to tell Damien so he will back off a little." Lucy said.
I rolled my eyes.
"Hey Karly." Damien shouted from the gates.
"Hello." I smiled.
"Are you busy tonight?"
"Ermm." I looked at Lucy and she raised her eyebrows.
"Yes I have plans with Liam." I sighed.
"That's the guy who lives with you isn't it?" Damien asked.
"Yes, he is my boyfriend now." I felt my heart sink when I said that.
"Oh, ok that's cool. Well I will see you later." Damien smiled before walking away.
"Well that didn't go too bad."
"Karly, you just broke his fricking heart that smile was fake and you know that." Lucy sighed.
"Urghh I hate myself but he had to know you even said so."
"I know, I am your best friend and I will support your choice but I think you have made a mistake, you and Damien would be perfect together." Lucy sighed.
Damien's POV
I was so mad right now; I was biting my tongue bar so hard I am shocked I didn't chip a tooth. I really thought Karly liked me but no she as her eye on some one else. I tried to play it cool but it felt like my heart had been ripped out of my chest
. I walked up to my locker and punched it so hard.
"Damien, you ok?" Lucy asked.
"I am fine."
"Karly loves you a lot.." I cut Lucy off.
"Oh yes she loves me so damn much that she chose Liam." I snapped.
"Yes and she as her reasons she feels like you comfort her about Jamie and she doesn't want to use you just to comfort her."
"Oh right, so all this time she has been leading me on, all those kisses, cuddles, late night phone calls, that were her just using me? I told her I loved her for crying out loud didn't that mean anything to her?" I snapped
"No she wasn't Damien, she loves you too but I don't know what's gotten into her, I don't know why she chose Liam, she said she got to know Liam better and she feels like he understands her better, I don't even know him and I feel like there's something about him, give it some time she will realize she has made a big mistake."
"Well by then it will be to late, do you really think I would want to get with her after how she's hurt me, I told her I loved her and yet she still chose Liam, if she had feelings for Liam then why the hell didn't she just tell me to back off?" I said through gritted teeth.
Lucy just looked at me with sad eyes.
"Please Damien, just speak to her, maybe then she will realize that she as made a mistake."
"No. You know what; I am out of here for good. Tell Karly I hope that Liam makes her happy, and tell her thanks for leading me on." I spat before punching my locker again and walking away.
"Damien." I heard Lucy shout but I just carried on walking out onto the car park.
Karly's POV
It was now home time and I hadn't seen Damien since this morning and to be honest I was missing him.
I headed out of the school gates to see Liam's car parked outside. I walked towards it and climbed in.
"Hey baby, I booked us tickets for the cinema so I thought we could go as soon as you finish school, I don't mind you being in uniform." Liam laughed.
"Sure. What we watching?" I asked.
"Baggage Claim, you said it looked funny the other day."

We were now in the screen and I liked it because apart from hugging and kissing me, Liam didn't try anything else, he even chose middle seats instead of back seats which were nice, I knew Liam was different to a lot of the boys I knew and I liked that.
The film ended and we walked back to the car, Liam grabbed my phone and started taking photos and that's when I noticed I hadn't changed my wallpaper from Damien.
Liam looked at me and raised his eyebrows.
"Oh, he did that himself the other day, I keep forgetting to change it." I said while taking my phone back off Liam.

I was now at home and decided to text Lucy.
Hey Lucy, did you see Damien today? I haven't seen him since this morning x
Yes, I saw him, he punched his locker twice, he was very angry, he even walked out of school x
Oh great, I am going to phone him, I can't lose our friendship x
Good luck, you are going to need it.
I phoned Damien but it went straight to voicemail.
'Hey this is Damien, don't leave a message.'
I laughed at that tone.
Damien POV
"Ok thanks, when will I receive my documents?" I asked.
"They should be with you in the next 2-3 days." The receptionist smiled.
I walked back outside, it was tipping it down now and I was on my bike so I couldn't wait to get out of the rain.
I took my time home instead of driving like an idiot in this weather.
I knew I had just made the right decision, I needed to get away from here for a while, and I have nothing to stay for now.
