Damien had been in the army two month now and I had only had three letters off him, but I was glad one of them was after the explosion so I know he didn't get hurt in the explosion.
I walked downstairs to go and get some breakfast but before I could reach the kitchen I could hear Liam and Vanessa arguing.
"Why are you still lying to Karly?" Vanessa yelled.
"I really like Karly that's why." Liam yelled back.
"You can't like her that much because if you do then why are you still lying to her, I found the edited DNA test in your room Liam." Vanessa snapped.
My heart sunk in my chest but I carried on listening.
"She has only just turned 17 V; she isn't going to want to stay with me if she knew I had a kid."
"So you lie to her, no you should tell her the truth, she will understand more, I won't let you break that girls heart." V yelled.
"Look, I can't tell Karly ok, I love my little boy and I love seeing him after work three times a week, but if Karly knows Sophie and I have an ok relationship now she will hit the roof and dump me."
"So what have you told Karly?" Vanessa said sounding angry.
"I told her I didn't know if I was the dad or not that's why I had the DNA test done, I can't tell her the truth V, I can't lose her." Liam snapped.
"You don't care about that girl at all, you have been seeing your son for 3 month now and you're still lying to Karly acting like you don't know him." Vanessa shouted.
That was it, I was done. Liam had been lying to me all along, everything he said was lies, he knew he was the baby's dad and he made out he didn't, he made out he didn't want to be a dad how could he lie to me about something so big? How could he say he cared about me, if he cared he would have told me from day one.
I wiped my tears away; I couldn't let him play me any longer.
"Stop lying to the girl." V yelled.
I pushed the kitchen door open and walked in, I walked past Liam like nothing had happened and got me a drink. I didn't even need a drink but I wanted to see what he would do.
"Hey baby girl. Do you want to go out today?" Liam asked.
"Liam." Vanessa said.
I turned to look at Vanessa and then I looked at Liam.
"What's wrong?" Liam asked.
"You really need to ask?"
"Yes what have I done?" Liam asked.
I just rolled my eyes and turned away from Liam.
"You ok Karly?" Vanessa asked.
"I am fine, considering I have been lied to for the last 2 months." I yelled.
Vanessa looked at Liam before walking out of the room and shutting the door behind her, leaving us to talk.
"Why what's happened?" Liam asked.
"Liam stop all of this, stop all the lies, you lied to me, you knew the kid was yours all along and you made out he wasn't, I heard everything." I yelled.
"Karly, I can explain." Liam begged.
"You lied to me more then once, there's nothing to explain, you don't care about me so don't make out you do. I hate you Liam, I opened up to you, I slowly gained feelings for you and you lie to me all this time, you do not understand how hurt I am right now." I yelled.
