Your POV
A soft groan escaped my lips as I stretched my limbs. My eyes fluttered open and I exhaled softly. Yesterday's events flashed through my mind and I blushed lightly. I scolded myself for letting Sebastian get to me. "He is a demon. He can't love." I thought coldly. Unfortunately, the small voice in the back of my mind decided to speak up. "Yes, but you're a demon and you feel love." I let out a huffy breath and pouted slightly; knowing the small voice was right.
I stood up and stretched once more and I sighed in satisfaction as I felt my shoulder pop. I glided across the tiled flooring and rummaged through the large closet. I picked out a traditional French maid's outfit. I slipped on the dress and tied it from the front. Thank goodness it didn't need a corset. I slid on the white stockings onto my feet. I quickly slipped on the black flats and I walked towards the vanity.
I ran a brush through my (H/L) (H/C) and parted it. I glanced at the clock on my nightstand and saw that it said 8:03 am. I exhaled and rushed towards Ciel's study. I stopped at the two large mahogany doors and knocked twice. "Enter." Ciel's voice called out. I turned the knob of the door and walked elegantly into Ciel's study. "How are you feeling, m'lord?" I questioned, referring to the kidnapping from yesterday.
"I feel fine. Thank you." Ciel replied. I nodded my head. I turned my head as I heard three quiet yet firm knocks. "Come in, Sebastian." Ciel spoke. My spine stiffened knowing it was Sebastian. The left mahogany door opened and Sebastian walked in. I could practically feel the tension that rolled off me. I forced myself to relax, but tensed up once more when Sebastian went to stand next to me and his arm brushed mine.
Ciel glanced between Sebastian and I, but obviously thought it better not to say anything about it. "Now that you both are here, I wish to discuss something with you." Ciel said. "I am to secure Houndsworth. Apparently this village is controlled by a nobleman named Henry Barrymore. He refuses to follow the queens orders and she has asked me to persuade him." I nodded in understanding. "Now, I want both of you to come with me. Pack at least three days of clothing." Ciel ordered. I frowned thoughtfully. "My lord? What about the servants?" I asked.
"They are going to stay here." Ciel replied. I felt slightly bad for leaving the servants behind. "Why don't they come with us?" I asked. Ciel raised an eyebrow at me, "Why? They'll just mess things up." My frown deepened, but I continued to press on the subject. "Well, they could just mess up the manor while we're gone." Ciel looked thoughtful for a moment before nodding his head. "That is true. Sebastian, go tell the servants to pack. They're coming with us." I grinned.
Sebastian nodded and turned towards the doors. His hand brushed mine and I inhaled sharply. "He did it that on purpose!" I thought angrily. This thought proved to be true when Sebastian sent me a smirk over his shoulder. I gritted my teeth and sent him a lethal glare. I heard Sebastian's soft chuckled before he disappeared from sight. Ciel stared at me questioningly.
"(Y/N), what is going on with you and Sebastian?" I gritted my teeth in slight annoyance. "There is nothing going on between Sebastian and me." I spoke coolly, but I knew he didn't believe me. Ciel dismissed me anyway. I sighed in relief and headed towards my room to begin packing. The whole way there I was thinking of a way to get back at Sebastian.

"We're going on a vacation! We're going on a vacation!" The servants cheered happily from the other carriage. Ciel rubbed his temple and let out a growl if annoyance. I smiled lightly and stared out the window. "It seems we have arrived everyone." Sebastian said. We came across bare land and the servants made a sound of surprise and disgust. "Oh, I forgot to mention, the resort hasn't been built yet." Ciel spoke with a smirk. "Yes, master." The servants seemed to whimper.
"Oh look! I'll help you miss!" Finny suddenly shouted and leaped out towards a woman with a cloak wrapped around her. She seemed to be pushing a baby carriage. "Be careful Finny! You might hurt the baby!" Mey-rin squealed worriedly. "Huh?" Finny questioned and lifted the baby carriage. "Oh no!" Finny cried. Mey-rin leaped out of the carriage after Finny. "Is the baby ok?" She squeaked.
I lightly jumped down from the carriage and walked after the servants. We all peered into the carriage and a soft gasp escaped my lips whereas the servants let out screams of horror. "There is no baby. There is no baby anymore. The child was eaten by him." Insanity leaked through the woman's old tone as she began to chant. "A white dogs a good dog, a good dog, good. A black dog's a bad dog, a bad dog, bad."
"Oh my." I breathed softly. "That's why I'm here. Apparently the villagers have become ill and some have gone missing. The queen has asked me to put a stop to it." I nodded and headed back towards the carriage. We continued on our way, passing a lake. I stared out the window as we entered a run down village. I looked over at a man training his dog and I smiled a bit. "I wouldn't mind him petting me, no I wouldn't!" Mey-rin giggled.
I blushed lightly at what she said and coughed awkwardly. Sebastian then began to drone on about dogs and I rolled my eyes at him. "If you wish to say something Sebastian; just say it." Ciel grunted in annoyance. "While I am extremely fond of cats, I don't particularly like dogs." Sebastian turned to give Ciel and I an innocent smile. "To be frank, I hate them." Ciel glanced at me before letting out a soft, "Woof." I chuckled and we continued driving.
We came upon a creepy looking manor and stopped at the front door. A young woman came out. She was absolutely stunning. In fact, she was too beautiful to be human. I narrowed my eyes at her as she spoke. "Are you of the Phantomhive estate?" Sebastian nodded in response. "Come along then, my master awaits your arrival." Her voice was a sickly sweet. I glared at her angrily. "Alright!" Bardroy grunted. "She's lovely, she is!" Mey-rin gasped.
Finny seemed absolutely entranced by this woman. I stared at her long and hard before something flashed through my mind "Angel." My spine stiffened. I will tell Sebastian later not to trust this woman. For now I will play nice.
A/N:
Hi guys! I'm so sorry I haven't been updating. I guess I didn't expect this book to get so much support! Anyway, I thought I would explain some things. People have asked me why your character seems to hate Sebastian and men of all kinds. The reason is because all her masters that were men had been abusive and horrible to her. So she tends to just automatically hate men of all kinds. The reason your character automatically seemed to attach to Ciel and Alois is because she prefers children to adults. I know that sounds weird, but she finds that children usually tend to be kinder and more innocent than adults are. Anyways, that's what I needed to explain! Thank you so much for your understanding and support and I will probably update tomorrow if I can't the update will be within this week. Bye guys!
