Katniss POV
Peeta was released from the hospital and allowed to go back to campus. I stay with him of course even tho he insists he's fine. We sit in my dorm watching TV. He lays against the wall and I rest my head on his lap as he plays with my hair, trying to braid it. I look up into his eyes as he smiles.
"You keep staring at me Kat." he says softly running his fingers through my hair.
"Because you're beautiful." I say. He grins and looks down.
"As are you." he says. I smile as the door opens and Annie walks in.
"Hey guys! Katniss I got something for you." she says handing me a letter. "Must be your results from the finals." I sit up quickly and open the letter, reading it.
"Katniss Everdeen,
We are glad to inform you that you have passed following finals:
English
History
Art
Politics
And therefore successfully passed your 3 years here at Mockingjay University (I really don't remember what it was called and I am so tired to change it but I will). Congratulations and you are also hereby summoned to attend the graduation ceremony on July 5th 2016. We are excited to see you there.

I smile widely and look to Peeta.
"I passed! I did it!" I say. He smiles and I hug him tightly before he takes the letter and reads it himself.
"Kat...I am so proud of you!" he says kissing me lovingly. I look to the letter again before showing it to Annie and Clove.
"Did you guys get yours?" I ask.
"Yes we passed to. We just wanted to wait and see your reaction." Clove says. I roll my eyes and lean back into Peeta's arms.
"Do you two have a place to live after we graduate?" Annie asks sitting down.
"We do actually we're moving in soon." I say. "Its a nice little apartment not too far from here but far enough so I don't have to think about it anymore." she smiles.
"That's great I'm glad. Finnick and I found a good place too but we have to see if we're accepted or not." she says taking out her phone.
"What about you Clove?" Peeta asks.
"Not yet. I might stay with my parents for a while so I can get on my feet." she says. We have a little small talk before Katniss and I decide to start packing our things. She comes over to my dorm to help me first. We're in my room folding up my posters and putting away pictures. She is focused more on my clothes, organizing them and packing them neatly away.
"Well I didn't know you were so picky about packing clothes." I say walking over to her.
"I hate it when things are all messed up. It makes me itchy." she says.
"Itchy?" I ask smiling.
"Yes! Like....if you just pile your clothes into a box. Ugh....is folding too taxing?" she says making me laugh.
"You surprise me every day." I say going back to packing my things when the door opens and Cato walks in. He looks a little frustrated. "What's up?"
"I failed my finals. They're kicking me out with nothing." he mutters sitting down.
"Oh god Cato I'm so sorry." Katniss says.
"Its okay....its my fault after all." he says.
"Where are you going to go after this?" I ask.
"Well my parents are really strict. They don't wanna have anything to do with me after this." he says.
"So your going to be homeless?" Katniss asks worried.
"I think so, for a while yes. My parents will be notified too so they'll cut my bank account." he says. I sigh and look to Katniss. I know by her look she's thinking the same thing.
"Look why don't you come stay with us in out apartment for a few days before you can get on your feet." I say. Katniss looks at me a little shocked.
"Really? You guys would do that for me?" he asks perking up.
"Sure! I mean you're my best friend next to Finnick. I would always help you." I say and at this point Katniss is pissed.
"Peeta that means so much. Thanks bro." he says smiling. I turn and start to pack before Katniss grabs my ear, yanking me out of the room.
"Peeta what were you thinking?!" she whispers angrily.
"What do you mean? I thought by your first look we were thinking the same" I whisper back.
"I was thinking we give him some money for a hotel or something but live with us? Peeta.....really?" she says frowning.
"Look it will only be for a few days I promise. Let me help him back up. He was always there to help me Katniss." I say. She sighs and nods.
"Alright but only because you know how to weaken me." she says pushing me back before walking back in. I smile softly and follow, getting back to packing my things up for the move. When we're finished in my room we move to Katniss'. The only thing we're really leaving is the beds for now so we can still sleep. Her room is done a lot faster and we lay on the bed watching some late night TV. Annie and Clove are out celebrating their passing.
"You know I was thinking.....maybe you were right thinking back about Cato living with us." I say playing with her hair.
"No you were right. He can't help it. He deserves help." she says looking up to me. I smile and kiss her nose.
"Thanks Kat." I say hugging her. She smiles and we soon drift off.
