    Ainsley sat with the rest of the team, including Germain and Joan, at the table.
    "So, Germain, Joan, this is Josh Newman and Sophie Newman, the twins of legend," Nicholas said, pointing at the twins respectively.
    "The...real ones this time?" Germain said cautiously.
    "Yes. I'm very, very sure of it," Nicholas said. "And this is Ainsley, the black warrior."
    "Wow. You found all three," Joan said.
    "Yep. I met the warrior on the day I confirmed Josh was a gold," Nicholas said.
    Joan's eyes went from Ainsley to Nicholas and back several times. "You two look....a lot alike."
    "That's because she's my daughter," Nicholas said.
    Germain's and Joan's jaws dropped. "You had a kid and never told me?"
    "Um. I actually had kids- plural," Nicholas said. "Twins. The other one...was kidnapped by Dee."
    "And you didn't go after her?" Germain asked.
    "She's with Perenelle," Nicholas said.
    Joan nodded. She then looked at the three teenagers. "You three must be tired."
    Josh and Sophie nodded, but Ainsley shook her head.
    "You're not tired?" Sophie asked.
    "No! I mean I have so many questions I just couldn't be tired!" Ainsley said very sincerely.
    "Oh..Joan. She knew who you were before she met you and even guessed how you escaped!" Germain said.
    "Wow...,"Joan said.
    Ainsley blushed. "It's what I do."

    "Come on," Perenelle whispered, taking Emily's hands as they quietly dashed up the stairs. De Ayala's ghost followed them, warning Perenelle of anything dangerous.
    They got to the island's surface, and Perenelle and Emily looked around frantically.
    "Mistress Perenelle...I saw Dee earlier sneaking into a really deep cave. I think something important is down there," he said.
    "Well, Emily...Dee was sneaking into a really deep cave earlier...wanna C wreck it out?" Perenelle asked, squeezing Emily's hand.
    "Sure," she said. She didn't ask how Perenelle knew, she just went.
