"We should go to the pier today" Matt said.
"Our first date" I say.
"Oh please we've been on plenty of dates"
"Not an official one" i say as i pull out the curler. I began curling my hair to make waves.
"Alright em would you like to go on a date with me" he says getting on one knee and grabbing one of my hands.
I gasped dramatically.

"The Matthew Lee Espinosa wants to go on a date with me basic Emma" i said giggling. He stood up and chuckled.
"Of course" i said wrapping my arms around his waist. He laid a kiss on top of my head and i smiled.

"I would say I'll pick you up at 5 but we live in the same room for now" he said. I smiled.

"Okay its 4 now i have an hour" i said shoving him out of the bathroom.

I finished up my wavy curls and put away the curler. I went into the room to see Matt also getting ready. I went into my drawer and picked out a white dress.

I picked out some cute Steve madden sandals and went into the bathroom to change.

I finished changing and exited the bathroom. Matt looked at me smiling.

"Damn"
"Its the first date i gotta look okay" i said laughing. I grabbed my phone and we went out the door.

"Whoa where are you guys going" Gilinsky said. 
"On a date" Matt said.
"Emma you look hot" madison said. I smiled.
"True" shawn said.

"Thanks" i said smiling as we walked through the front door.

We got out the car as we arrived at the beach.

"Luckily I've been planning this so i brought an umbrella and blankets" he said opening the hood. I smiled and carried the blankets. Our feet hit the hot sand and we took off our shoes.

"Alright how about over there theres barely any people" he said. I nodded and we walked to the spot. We set one of the blankets down and then the umbrella down so it wasn't straight up but on its side. It kinda made like a little tent.

"Its like a half tent" i laughed. He grabbed the other blanket and set it over the umbrella.
"Now its a full tent" he said. I smiled and set my sandals next to his shoes. I got inside the tent umbrella thing and sat cross legged.

He crawled in after me and i laughed.

"You're lucky, you're so tiny you fit" he said laying on his back.
I took off the blanket from the umbrella so we could see the beach.

"Hey" he said. I turned to look at him and saw the camera on his phone. I covered my face laid next to him. We were in our own little privacy. Since the umbrella covered our upper half and there wasn't really anyone else around us.

I grabbed his cheeks and kissed him on the lips while he took the picture. I laughed and stuck my tongue out making a silly face.

He took a picutre and i laughed.

"You're cute" he said making me blush and kiss him.

"Lets go touch the water" i said grabbing his arm and dragging him behind me as i ran. I ran into the water as it splashed at my knees.

"Im so glad i saw you at the mall that day" he said.
"Yeah me too"
"At first i didn't recognize you" he said.
"Do i really look that different" i said turning to face him.
"Well yes but your eyes look the same that tiny spot of blue in your eyes" he said.

I had green eyes but on my right eye i had a tiny spot where it turned blue.

"I wish i would've brought my camera" i said.
"Good thing i have my phone" he said laughing and starting taking pictures of me.
"The sun is almost gonna set" i said smiling. He quickly began pulling my hand and grabbing our things.

"Where are we going!" I yelled.
"On the ferris wheel we gotta make this date cheesy" he said. I laughed and rolled my eyes. Dork.

We put our shoes on and began running to the pier.

"Wait pit stop i want cotton candy" i said turning. He groaned and i waited in line.

It became my turn and i picked the pink cotton candy. I popped my case off my phone and grabbed a 20 since thats where i keep some money. I paid got my change and began running again with Matt.

We paid for the ferris wheel and got on.

"Finally" he said. I rolled my eyes.
"What" he questioned.
"I don't know its just even if we wouldn't have made it on who cares" i said. I put both my legs over his lap and laid back.

"Ahh the sweet smell of ocean" i said sarcastically.
"Sorry i just really wanted to make it here during the sunset" he said. He looked tense. I grabbed his hand in mine and laid my head on his shoulder.

The sky was a gorgeous orange, red, pink, blue, purple mixture. It was gorgeous out. Me explaining it couldn't even say how beautiful it was out.

"Its so pretty" i said.
"Unlike you" he said chuckling. I laughed.
"Way to ruin the mood" i said laughing.
"You said it was cheesy i tried to make it non cheesy"
"I kinda liked it" i said.

"So um i wanted to ask you if you'd like to be my girlfriend" he said.
"I thought you already had asked me?" I said confused.
"Yeah but that was lame we were literally just laying down" he said. I laughed.
"Then yes again" i said. He chuckled and kissed my cheek.

We sat there in a confortable silence as the ferris wheel went back to the floor. We got offf and were swarmed by girls almost immediately. Matt looked over at me almost saying sorry with his eyes. I smiled and i heard my name being called.

"Hi Emma!" I heard some girls say. I smiled and waved.

"How'd you guys know id be here?" Matt asked loudly.
"Some girl said you'd be here"
"Was she blonde?" I asked. The girls nodded and i looked over at Matt. He nodded getting what i was saying. He squeezed my hand and he began taking pictures with girls. I kinda awkwardly stood there.

"Emma can we take a picture" a girl asked causing me to smile.

"Of course" i said. I made a silly kissy face then smiled normally into the camera.

She thanked me and i waited for Matt to be finished

A couple more girls asked for a picture and i agreed.

He said goodbye to everyone and we walked out.

"Wait can we get ice cream"
"Ughhh"
"Please baby" i said with a pout. He rolled his eyes.
"Just cause you're cute" he said. I smiled.

We got some ice cream and went to the car.

"Today was a cute day" i said.
"Yeah" he put a hand on my inner thigh and i got goose bumps.
