All right.. honestly I'm half out of ideas!.. but we'll see what happens now won't we?

"Hey! Hey! God damn you sleep like the dead. Wake up!" Something cold splashes over the top half of my body."Aaah!" I scream and sit up.
"Oh cool, your awake." A girl with dark red hair, brown eyes, and a face with freckles dotted across her nose and cheeks, looks at me from a chair.
She's holding a bucket.
"Who.. are you?" I asked.
"Oh. I'm Piper!" She grins, revealing prominent dimples.
"Oh. Hello." Is all I say.
I look around the room. It looks like a hospital room, with off-white walls, an off-white ceiling, off-white tile floors, and no windows. I'm laying on one of the hospital beds, still dressed in my clothes; thankfully.
Piper is wearing torn up jeans, and a black tank top that says 'Fight Me' in bright red across the front.
"Nice shirt." I nod.
"Thanks!" She grins again.
"Oh. So you're awake?" My brother stands in the doorway, staring at me.
I stand up and stare at him.
No way can he really be here. Very slowly I walk towards him, placing my hand slowly on his arm; almost like if I did it any faster he would disappear.
"What are you doing?" He asks.
"This." I punch him as hard as I possibly can in the stomach.
He flies backwards, through the wall behind him and into the wall behind that one. I run at him, fists clenched; I am absolutely pissed.
"How DARE YOU!" I yell.
I hit him again, and again, and again. My goal, is to either kill him, make him wish he was dead, or get all of my anger out on him.
"You. Left. Me. Alone!" My voice cracks on the last word.
"Do you. Have any. Idea. What I. Went through. In that. Lab!?" My fist connects with his body in-between every single word that I say.
I can feel his bones cracking under the force of my hits when they connect just right; cracking and snapping like small, brittle sticks.
"They did things to me that I can't even put into words!" I keep screaming and hitting him.
I grasp his throat and pick him up off the ground. His face is covered in bruises and there is blood everywhere. It covers his hair, clothes, skin, and the ground and walls where he landed. I throw him at the wall to my right, he crashes through like a rag-doll in a house made of cards.
"Did you even try to get me out!?" I'm screaming at the pile of rubble he's now laying under. "Did you even try to.. to save me?"
A tear rolls down my face; followed by another. My hands, and legs started shaking, then I started crying, hard. My breath came in short and quick, my sides hurt and I wanted to leave; but I needed to know. Did he even try.
"Yes." His voice is faint, filled with pain, and incredibly quiet.
"What?" I lift my head up and wipe most of the tears off of my face.
"Yes." His voice is clear now. "I put everything I had into finding you. Into.. getting you out of there. I was the only one that did." He stands up, plaster falls off of him, the blood starting to seep through his shirt, effectively permanently staining his clothes.
