ISA POINT OF VIEW
I found myself staring at the fountain in front of me, but no Ethan. I turn around, and looked every corner no Ethan.
Where did he go? He's said he would come with me, why isn't he here?! Is he still trapped in that realm?!
A pair of hands covered my eyes, and I hear a mischievous voice behind me. "The fountain huh? So much memories here, you want to create new ones?" A little startled I forced my elbow into his stomach, which got him staggering back. Snap, Ethan don't scare me like that. I turn around to see him smiling at me, and he pulls me into a hug.
"Don't scare me like that I thought you weren't here, and still in that realm... ugh I can't believe you right now." I said disgusted. I pushed him off so I could get a good look of him. He looks different more confident, more happy.
He wraps his arms around me holding me close. "I didn't mean to scare you." He said sincerely, but I still note the happiness in the voice, happy I was worried about him.
We just stayed here for a while his arms around me everything seems so perfect, but...
Yes, we're back in the real world realm, and yes Shadow Criminal is dead... I wonder how Ethan's dealing with that? The point is, why do I feel like we're not off the hook that something major is going to happen?
"Hey, you okay?" He pulled apart, but his hands were still on my shoulders, his eyes looking at mine.
"I'm fine, just so much has happened. I feel like something...else is going to happen." He nod in agreement, pulling me closer to him, comforting me.
Is it crazy that I can't believe we're true love couple... I mean I can, but it's just so surreal.
"You better believe it because I'm never letting you go." Ethan said lovingly. I roll my eyes at him, which just got him laughing more. The connection between us is more powerful than ever before...
Not sure if that's a good thing.
"Hey!" Ethan voice echoed in my head playfully. "Kidding." I sent back to him, we just burst out laughing. I never realized just how goofy we sounded when we laugh until now, and we do it all the time.
Who cares.
Seriously though we're such weirdos.
"Okay, let's go as much as I want to stay here with you forever and ever, and I do more than anything, there are some business we need to take care of." Ethan said seriously, and happily. Two distinct emotions, polar opposite emotions, yet he could make it come together quite nicely. How?
Wait, what business? Aren't we good?
"Like what?" I asked looking up at him curiously. Is this the major thing that I feel's going to happen? Is there an major thing going to happen?
Probably not, probably just me being parnoid.
"For starters we need to get the necklace." Snap, forgot about that, yet again who could blame me, so much happened the last forty eight hours.
"Okay." I said a little down.
"Though we could wait awhile the necklace never affected..." I raise my eyebrows towards him, yeah we're getting that necklace. He nods his head in agreement, in surrender.
Still though why can't we just find a time, and place where we could just relax even for five minutes not worrying about anything?
"I promise once we're done with all this chaos we'll finally have peace, and quiet." Ethan said eyes sparkling mischievously, but happiness was behind them all.
I force a smile, but it doesn't reach my eyes. Why do I feel like he just jinx it?
We walked out, and went through the narrow path. Before we even hit the parking lot...before we were even out of the trail route, people started surrounding us. Cameras flashing every corner.
"Princess Isa Elizabeth Woods, we're so sorry. We didn't know you were still alive some of us didn't know you even existed your parents kept you a secret. We're so sorry could you please forgive us." Wow, they said my full name...not even Ethan knows my full name just... Isa.
All the people, at least one hundred people, bowed or curtsy. The reporters bowed semi, but still hold the camera up to me. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE!?
"Um, I..." I was lost for words. I look over to Ethan who looks just as shocked as me. He shrugged, and made a move to wrap his arm around me, but the people who I don't even know beat him to it starting to drag me somewhere. "We must take you to the castle immediately get you ready for your work, get you dressed for the role,..." They kept dragging me who knows where, I thought I would be the first to crack, but surprisingly it was Ethan.
"Who do you guys think you are..." the main spokesman interjected Ethan making Ethan that much more furious.
"We're her father's servants now her servants." He said certain. He, and Ethan literally have a stare contest.
"Okay, guys stop." I turn to face the spokesman. "Whoever you are I still don't follow, what exactly am I suppose to do?!" I said suddenly anxious. This is EXACTLY the major thing I was talking about!
"Come with us we'll help you with your duties." Several people or father's servants grabbed my arm again taking me to a carriage. We still have those? People holding their weapons push Ethan back separating us even more. His eyes blazed red, and I start to feel my eyes doing the same.
"What's the matter my lady?" The spokesman asked sincerely, but fear was behind his eyes.
I forced myself to calm down, he doesn't know what happened to me this pass months he doesn't know I need Ethan. "I would like Ethan to accompany me, please." I said slightly unsure about how to do this ordering thing. Ordering people? That's new.
"Um, I don't know..."
"I am the princess, and the rightful ruler of Enchanville I deserve company I want to be around with, and I want him." I said confidently. I felt kind of weird saying that, but I can feel Ethan's no longer angry, but happy. Happy I said that...that I want him,
except I don't want him I need him. I need him to keep me sane, and stop me from going insane, I need his laugh, his smile, I need him!
Ethan shoots one final glare at the guards before he comes up to me wrapping his arm around me. Camera flashes immediately blurs my view, but luckily the guards steps in front of their cameras stopping them from taking any more photos.
I look over at Ethan, both of us sharing a worried look. "Told you something major was going to happen." Was all I could say as we step into the carriage.
