Do you ever find yourself in a weird situation, and you don't know how? Like if you ever run into the creepy guy at work? Like if you ever woken up and not quite remember you had stayed the night with your best friend?

Well, that's what seems to have happen to me. After heading out with Mia, I found myself at a Mexican stand off with two really big men. They got me while I was separated from Mia, and everything happened so quickly. What I know for sure is I was thrown into the back of a Black Lincoln.

The man to my left was the biggest out of the two. He was looking straight ahead while wearing dark sunglasses. He reminded me of the stoic government men from TV. The one to my right was a little smaller but still large enough to crush me easily. He seemed to be thinking about something because his face had nervous written all over it. His sunglasses hung on his shirt collar, a move people do if they never actually use them.

"So...how are you fellows today," I casually ask. Looking, I saw that I couldn't see out the blacked tinted windows. No response was given, but the one to my right shifted slightly. "Not big talkers," I continued nervously, "that's OK. I don't talk much either, usually. No really, only when I'm nervous-"

"Silence," the large one said in a deep, commanding voice.

I quickly shut up and sat there quietly. I was left to my thoughts. I was spinning with worry and fear. All I could think of was those shows about girls getting abducted into women trafficking. The thought sent shivers up my spin. A few moments later I started to plot my escape. As soon as this car stops I'm running for it, I thought.

The car came to a stop minuets later after pulling up into what I assumed a gravel drive. I prepared myself for the bolt of my life. The door was opened, but before I could even start the larger man pulled me along with him by the arm. "Ouch, dude," I squeaked angrily at the big guy's rough treatment.

The car pulled away and my eyes met a beautiful mismatched pair. A man stood before me in a slick, black suit and red tie. He had a cigarette hanging loosely in his mouth, and a smile that said perfection is prim. Then those eyes of his, they were they same color as the woman's from yesterday!

"Show some respect girl," my larger captor demanded throwing me onto the ground. I hit it hard; some gravel found its way into my mouth. "Oh! How nice," said a new voice. I raised to my hands and knees. The man took a puff from his cigarette and let the smoke escape from his mouth. "You have found the Jade, as mother requested. Bring her in." My hand was snatched and I was tugged up.

I was dragged along by the big guy down, what I could only assume was, an abandoned road. To my surprise, we soon came to a large, hidden estate. I could hear waves crashing into the cliffs that the mansion occupied next to. "Wow," I exclaimed under my breath. Big guy snorted at me. I gave a startled look in his direction. The man leading us chuckled and ask, "You like?"

I was unsure whether to answer him. I was already terrified about what was going to happen to me. "It looks like it costs a lot," I commented nervously. The guy chuckled, "You could say that." I soon decided I had better shut up before my hand got squeezed off by big guy here. With the death grip on me, he could easily just have my hand.

We entered the large, two story home and went into a large living room. It was barely even furnished with it's intense maroon theme and large paintings. In the center of the room was a small rectangular area that was raised more than the rest. I could only ponder what it was used for. My heart was racing and I could barely keep my body from shaking. I was forced to sit on the floor between my two standing captors, as our leading man took his spot on the leveled up area. "Welcome to my humble abode," he said with a smile. I suppose that answers why the other two looked so serious around this man. He was apparently the leading honcho.

I couldn't move my eyes from the red carpet. My hands were clenched tight. I couldn't find the words through my anxious filled thoughts. "You know," the man chuckled, "it's proper to hold eye contact when spoken to by a mob boss."

I felt my eyes grow bigger as his word began to set in. I slowly lifted my head to meet him. My heart was beating out of my chest. I realized suddenly how dangerous of a situation I was in. I felt a few tears begin to trickle down my cheeks. "No need to be frightened," he retorted causally as if talking with a long lost friend. "We will not harm such a precious item. You are, after all, our most dear Jade and that keeps me from harming you. Firstly though, let me introduce myself. My name is William Rutts of the California Mob, Emerald Dragons, and your new Fiance."

"F-fiance!," I stuttered. William seemed to grow a more depressed face as he turned. "Ah, Yes... Although, I would prefer to fall in love first with some Spanish goddess, but one can not be too picky I suppose," William said.

He appeared a bit sadden by the notion he had just announced. It left, however, as soon as it came. He turned with a smile. I was confused and a bit overwhelmed now. Not quite fearing for my life as much, but still fearing all the same, I quickly got to my feet. "I-I think you have it all wrong! I can't get married!"

William seemed to ignore me as he strolled away toward an open door in the back. He stopped and turned before leaving. "Bob. Wade. Send her to her temporary bedroom at once." He then continued to leave. Bob, the larger man, bowed deeply. "Follow me, Mistress," he said in my direction. Wade grabbed a hold of my left hand tenderly. When I began to fight back, they both took hold of me. "N-no! Wait! This isn't right! Let me go!"

What have I gotten myself into?
