Babysitting

Your POV
We just got back to my house, but Jacob only has 2 hours left before he has to go home. "Thanks for showing me around." he said with a smile "any time." I said, right after I said that I keep thinking how stupid I must of sounded. We went inside and watched poltergeist, it was about 1h and 40m, after it was over we went to the park to get Caroline. When we got back it was 6:30 "I guess we have to go now, bye" Jacob said "bye" I said then went inside.

Jacob's POV
When we got back to the new house everything was unpacked, and my mom was outside "we finished unpacking all of our stuff early, so we decided to help you unpacking your stuff." my mom said, "told you." Caroline whispered to me, I just rolled my eyes "thanks" I said "yeah thanks. Now that where all unpacked could I go over to a friends house for a bit." Caroline said "sure just don't be to late." My mom said "ok" Caroline said with a smile, I just ignored her and walked inside. When I got inside I looked around, then went to my room."Dinners ready." My dad yelled a few minutes later, I walked to the kitchen and seen (y/n), and her mom, "this is (y/m/n) and her daughter (y/n), there our new neighbours, so I thought we would invite them over." My dad said "I know, (y/n) was the one who showed me around." I said then got some food.

Your POV
It's 8:15 and our parents are talking in the kitchen. I want to stay but I have to babysit at 8:30, so I guess I have to go, "I have to babysit in about 15 minutes, so I gotta go bye." I said "do you think you can babysit here instead." Jacob said "yeah probably, I'll see you in a bit." I said as I walked out. When I got home it was 8:17 and they where already there waiting for me "sorry I'm early, I have to go pick some extra stuff up at the store. I would have brought her with me, if I would have known you weren't here." She said getting back in her car, I couldn't even say anything before she drove away. I walked back to Jacobs with Emmy, the five year old I was babysitting. Jacob was waiting outside "hey Jacob, this is Emmy." I said pointing to her, she just stud there like she was dead or something. We went inside and watched finding nemo, after the movie was over I put Emmy to bed in the extra bedroom, and I slept with Jacob in his room.
