"Is being single is advantage to you?Explain." , malakas na basa ko ng nabunot kong questions ng ice breaker. "Oh! Tamang-tama yun question kay Aly.", comment ng isa kong katrabaho.
We've just done arranging things for the upcoming event and now were playing ice breaker while resting a bit.
Right now we're four in the group. Kia- the adventurer, Mory- the singer, Jaime - the chef, and me - the writer.
"So? ", waiting for my answer na lingon ni Kia sakin.
"I will definitely say Yes! A big YES. Kasi right now, I'm happy being single. Hindi ko pa naiimagine yun sarili ko na magiging mabuting girlfriend sa kung sinuman na lalaki. I think I'm not ready to fall inlove. I will start with myself first." , nakangiti kong sagot. But deep inside I'm really not sure 'bout my answer.
"Very well said Aly!" , pumapalakpak na comment ni Kia.
Jaime is looking at me with a kind of i-don't-believe-on-you look.
And Mory is laughing hard.
"Grabesya! Adik ka Mory? Anong nakakatawa?", ingos ko sa kanya.
"Wala."
"Wala daw!"
"Eh pano ba naman si Jaime ayaw maniwala sa sagot mo.", tumatawa pa ring sagot niya.
"Yeah I can see it. Let's just drop this topic guys. Bunot na kayo ng inyo." , pag iwas ko sa hotseat.
We all laughed. Dahil alam naman nilang umiiwas lang ako.
