Thor POV
"My mind is made up" I told my daughter. "Tonight is your sendoff celebration, tomorrow you'll take your leave. You'll stay in Midgard, for the remainder of what they call Highschool."

She looked curious, but it was my decision, not hers. And I've decided that she will go to Midgard, Director Fury has ordered something important. On the second hand, she's arrogant, reckless, and irresponsible.

Rapunzel POV
I stormed out of the Great Hall, and ran to my room.

How dare Father send me to Midgard. What is there that Asgard can't provide for me?!?!?? I can be responsible!!! I'm not reckless, and I am not arrogant!!!!!!! I thrashed my fruit around he room and I drenched my flowers in wine that I threw from my bed. Ugh!!!

"Rapunzel? Is everything alright?" Mother asked as she walked into my room. She looked around in horror and dismay. Oh in case you don't know, I'm Rapunzel, daughter of Thor. My mother is his old friend Jane. Anyway back to the story.

She sat down on my bed beside me. "Do you know why your Dad's sending you to Earth?" She asked me. I nodded and she looked surprised, which was a miracle considering she was usually the seventh smartest person I've met. "What is it then?"

"He thinks I'm arrogant, irresponsible, and reckless. So he wants to get me out of his hair." I told her. She shook her head and I looked at her with confusion. She smiled, I was clueless.

"He does think your arrogant and reckless, his father thought the same thing about him. So he sent him to Earth, and he earned the right to use Mjölnir again. If he didn't go to Earth, he wouldn't have met me." I gasped, but it made sense. Mom hugged me and walked downstairs. I flung myself onto my bed in fury and annoyance. It was going to be a long night

I'm so bored. This is the worst party ever. Even the revels of Asgard can't sheer me up now. I was introduced to Lords, ladies, and other types of important people. I looked over at my father, he was drinking wine and laughing along with his friends, I looked at my mother, her and her friends were admiring each other's hair and clothing.

Suddenly I heard Father's booming voice. "A toast to my daughter, who will begin her journey to the realm of Midgard tomorrow! We wish you the best of luck, may the spirit of Odin be with her."

Everyone raised their goblets to me. I smiled, bowed, and sat back down. It all went back in flashes after that. The little were dim, the room was decorated in gold, and everyone was acting just like they would in Asgard. But it seemed odd. I wasn't enjoying myself, I wasn't hungry, and I didn't feel like drinking anything. Whenever I had the privilege, I would always fool around at a party.

My Father always says, "The spoils of victory should be celebrated with revels." But me leaving wasn't a victory, it was considered a loss. Was Father excited that I was leaving?

I looked down at my clothes, a pink bodice, red sleeves, and a blue laced neck. I was an embarrassment to my family name. Of course he was excited for me to leave.

I fell asleep that night, and this boy in a spy jacket held a pistol near my direction. We got into a fight, but he pinned me. Suddenly the back of my head hurt, and I saw a light. I thought I was invulnerable. I guess I was wrong.
