Just a typical Sunday morning for Brianna. Though, after the events of the day before Brianna doubted there'd be any supernatural escapades that day. The only person she'd spoke to was Malia and Brianna guessed that was the same for her. It kind of confusing for Brianna as to why Malia wasn't mad at her even though she knew. Maybe it was because in a few weeks they'd be family.
Becoming bored of doodling, Brianna began to tip toe down the stairs to retrieve her laptop. For some reason she was inspired to do some writing. When Brianna made it to the main area of the loft she couldn't help but smile at the sleeping arrangement. Derek was asleep on the sofa and Braeden was in his bed. He's got it bad.
The blonde was halfway through picking up her laptop as quietly as a mouse would, when her phone began ringing. Crap, crap, crap, crap. While the blonde cursed mentally in her head she fumbled around to silence her phone. Even though it was morning Brianna knew full well the two adults needed any precious sleeping time they could get.
As soon as Brianna reached upstairs, laptop in hand, phone silenced and adults still asleep, she redialled the number. "Brianna!" He exclaimed immediately after answering.
The blondes eyes widened, "Is there something wrong?" She asked and got an eery silence as a response. "Stiles?"
"You- you need to come to the hospital."
"Why?" Brianna questioned, grabbing her jacket nonetheless.
"Because somethings happened to Scott. We don't think he's going to make it this time."
To say Brianna felt as if the world fell out from underneath her was an understatement. She felt as if she was a little kid again who had lost one of her favourite toys, then her favourite toy had been given to her again but cruelty snatched away for the second time. Just like how she'd lost Scott once again. She'd lost Scott, her alpha, her friend, her brother. And she'd lost him.
As quick as she could possibly be, Brianna drove to the hospital. She didn't bother exchanging pleasantries to the women at the desk, she just went straight on her search. All she cared about at that second was finding Scott. Due to being so fast, Brianna ended up bumping into one of the doctors who was walking around the corner.
"Oh, hello Brianna. What are you doing here?" Doctor Geyer, who happens to be Liam's stepfather, asked.
"I got told my friend, Scott McCall, had been brought in." She explained looking around frantically. "Do you know where he is?"
With sad eyes he looked down at the floor, "Has nobody told you?"
"Told me what?"
"Your friend ... he didn't make it."
Everything seemed to stop for a moment. Brianna couldn't believe the words she'd just heard. Scott McCall, true alpha of Brianna's pack, was dead. That couldn't be true. Brianna didn't want to believe it for that moment where everything stopped. Then her brain kickstarted again and the horrendous facts sunk in. Scott was dead.
"No!" Brianna screamed, her voice breaking as she did. "W- why?! What happened? What happened?! No ... no! What- what happened?!"
Scott's dead. Scott's really dead. He's gone. I've lost him. Scott's dead. What am I going to do? What about Melissa? And Kira? What happened to him? What happened to my friend?!
People began rushing round the corner as Brianna's sobs grew louder. All the doctor could do was watch in shock as Brianna began screaming, asking what happened to him, in between sobs as she fell onto the waiting chairs behind them.
