3) The Racist Killer

The Next Morning...

"Excuse me, Agent R.Freeman?" an agent calls as he catches up to Riley on his way to the lab. "You're requested to go to the commander's office."

Riley turns to him, he was sick of getting interrupted. "By who's orders?"

"The commander...sir." Riley mentally rolls his eyes. Agents had treated him and Huey like any other random before it was found out that they were the sons of the commander. The respect they got was exaggerated. Too much sometimes.

"Is it just me?"

He shakes his head. "No. The whole of Squad 1."

But Huey ain't back yet, he thinks. He just nods at the agent and sends him away before taking his dreaded walk to the commander's office, a.k.a, his father C.J Freeman. He wonders why he's calling Squad 1. A mission perhaps? A promotion? No. His team has the highest position already.

He walks into the glass elevator. The A.C.L.O.J hadn't changed much from when he was sixteen. The dark uniform was the same and so was the base. All doctors and scientists wore white lap coats and for some reason are always rushing. Riley knew the labs, the gyms, the cafeterias and even the barracks. He never bothered to care what happened in the labs though; that was Huey's own nerdy interest.

The doors open and Riley steps into the office. Christopher-James sits behind his desk, looking like he's feeling in some paperwork. He looks up as Riley enters. Riley nods. "Yo."

"Hey, boy." He looks back at his papers. "Where the others?"

"They should be--" Riley's interrupted by the opening of the elevator again. He let's out a low whistle as he examines the woman who walks in. Her hair is the colour of dark chocolate, straight to her mid back and her eyes are covered with dark shades. She wears the tight A.C.L.O.J uniform the other females wear, but somehow it stands out on her. She was still gorgeous as the first day the Freemans had met her. Riley grins. "I thought you were dead."

She pulls off her shades, revealing her chestnut eyes. "Hey, Riley." She nods at the commander. "Hello, commander."

C.J nods at her. "Agent Vega."

"Ain't you supposed to be in the base under the Eifle Tower?" Riley asks, crossing his arms. Like said, she's a lone wolf. She had been moved from base to base to help with different missions. It had only been a month since she was in her home base, but at the time she was gone she made no effort to contact her team.

Kiara shrugs. "I was told to come here."

The elevator doors open again and this time Cassandra walks in. Her eyes widen in shock. "Ki!" She lunges at Kiara and pulls her into a hug. Kiara laughs as she hugs her back. "Hey, Cass." Cassandra pulls away and Kiara asks, "So how's the pregnancy going?"

Cassandra shrugs. "Not as bad as I thought it'be. The fathers a real pain in the ass though." Riley rolls his eyes as C.J looks questionably at him. For the third time the elevator doors open again. This time three men walk in. Huey in the middle scowls as he steps in and pulls off his shades. The Taylor Twins on his side nod at the others as they step in. Kiara grins at them as they return weird looks.

Michael takes off his shades, "Kiara?" He squints at her like she's light. He looks exactly like his brother Matthew with his fade haircut and brown eyes.

Kiara just nods at the three of them. They could have their little reunion later.

"Now. Let's get to the reason you're all here." C.J pulls out a remote and presses a button. The lights go off. A small opening appears in the ceiling and a projector lowers into the room. In a few seconds a hologram appears. A beautiful woman forms in the hologram. She looks to be in her early twenties with eyes the colour of lunar and long blonde hair. "This woman is Chelsea Granger." C.J stands up and begins explaining. "I'm sure you've heard of the serial killings in Los Angeles."
