I woke up that morning in my dorm, which they so graciously gave me, surrounded by cats. Yes cats.My first thought was 'I knew that fish was rancid.' But the cats were real. Some of them were on me, some of them were around me anymore the rest were on my stuff. But they were just staring at me. "GET OFF MEEEEE!" I yelled. All the cats obeyed.
I got up and got dressed, trying my best to ignore the hoard of cats currently occupying my room. They were just staring at me.
It was a Saturday, so I was off of school, but I still wanted to go into town. I walked out of my dorm room, but that cats followed me. "GO AWAY!" I whined. The other people in the dorm heard me, and Her Majesty Ms Brittany Song came out from her oh-so-important 'beauty sleep', and for a moment I thought she wouldn't yell at me and my sudden court of cats following me.
"What is wrong with you!?!" Remember that stereotypical rich girl I was talking about last chapter? Well this is her. "You shouldn't yell in the hallways. And your definitely not supposed to have animals in here! I mean how did all these cats get in here anyways?"
"Your asking me? They just randomly appeared in my room this morning staring at me. I was hoping to leave them in my room and ask the principal what's up. But they followed me out." I explained.
"You expect me to believe that! That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard!" She turned her nose up at me.
"You don't have to believe me, but that's what happened." I said matter-of-factly.
"Ugh!" She said. "And how about-" I ran off because she was wasting my time and I had to meet with my new friend Heather Hart at the giant walls that keep spitting the non-magic users with magic.
The cats followed after me as I sprinted out of the dorms and to the walls. I saw Heather in the distance. "Xia!" She called and waved her hands.
I stopped right in front of her and panted with my hands on my knees. "Sorry... ran from... the girl's... dorms." I said between breaths.
"That's like a mile and a half! Girl, you must be tired." She laughed a little. "Also, what's with the cats. I mean I get your like part-cat or something, but jeez, you could start an army with all those cats!"
"No it would be more like a protest full of cats." I told her.
"Yeah, you could protest cat's rights and have like banners and signs and stuff." She smiled.
"Yeah, we would protest in front of the capital. The guards would be clawed up by the end of the day." We both started to laugh like crazy.
"Okay let's get going." Heather finally came back from the laughing dead.
We headed out and picked up our hover-bikes, riding them out of the opened gates.
We both went to like clothing stores and about ten smoothie shops. We did stop for lunch at a pizza place. But the entire time, cats were following me.
I finally got sick of it and thought really hard about Fræther, a small countryside outside of the capital.
Blue and red light burst out of my hand and engulfed the cats, making them dissapear.
"How did you do that!?!" Heather asked.
"I thought of a place and these colours burst out of my hand effectively making all these cats dissapear." I answered.
"That's so cool!"
"Thanks." I said as we fistbumped.
"Maybe I should just call you the queen of cats or something." She blurted out randomly.
We went back to school, because it was like 7:50 and we wanted free food from the fabulous cafeteria.
Anyhow, that's the chapter, and I really don't know what else to put. Also, my dorm mother is begging me to go to sleep because it's like 3:30 In the morning. But that's juste being awkward.
