Chapter 6

"Hello? Who are you, if I may ask." A boy's voice asks.

I turned around to see who was talking behind me. He had light blue hair and eyes. "Hello, I'm Zanobia Marland. I'm new here, nice to meet you!" I say with a wave.

"Hi, Zanobia. My name's Yurik Kaiser, pleased to meet you. I suppose I'm your roommate if you're staying here. Welcome to the Uratian House!" Yurik welcomes.

"This is your room?" I ask.

"Well, yes, before I had a roommate. Emily told me I'm going to have a new roommate so I figured it was you when I saw you."

"Ah, I see. Well, a pleasure to be your roommate." I say stretching my hand for a shake, which Yurik takes.

"So, do you need anything right now? Food, drink, shower, anything?"

"I would take a shower, but I don't have extra clothes."

"Ah, I see. Hold on, let me get something." Yurik said before entering the closet. "Here, you can wear these for now. I used to have other girls as my roommates, so I have these." Yurik says before handing me a set of clothes, including under garments.

"Thanks so much. I'll be back."

"Anything else?" Yurik asks.

"No, and thanks a lot for the clothes. They're a little too big, but it'll do just fine." I reply. (Lol, lowkey calling Yurik's roommates fat)

"No problem. So, you play guitar?"

"Yeah, I have been playing it for a while now, since the 7th grade. And you play piano?"

"For most of my life, actually. I started when I was 6 years old."

"Wow, that's a long time."

"Yeah..." It was just silent after that, the awkward kind of silent. "Alright, new rule in our room, tell me if you agree. No awkward silences shall be held!" Yurik states.

"I agree! No more awkwardness!" I yell in agreement.

"Alright, so it won't be so awkward, let's tell each other about one's self. Do you want to go first, or shall I?"

"You can go first."

"Alright, well, my name is Yurik Kaiser. I'm 17 years old and I'm a junior in high school. Before I was transferred to Uranus, I lived with my parents and my younger twin sisters, Faith and Hope, who are about 10 years old now. I play the piano, and have been since I was 6 years old. I love to play video games and watch anime. As much as I love reading, I'm not a very good writer. I like to socialize with new people, but I usually prefer to stay inside and play video games. I love all the pasta, seriously, you could give me any pasta type and I will eat it. My best friend is a resident to the Aquarius House, and he is named Dustin Wallace. I think that's about it!" Yurik finishes.

"Alrighty. My name's Zanobia Marland. I'm 16 years old and I attend high school as a sophomore year student. I lived with my mom as an only child, with the whereabouts of my dad are somewhere over the rainbow. Since 7th grade, I've been playing the guitar, so much that I've started making my own music. I love anime and have played a few games. I love to read, but I'm terrible at writing. I love to meet new people, but if they mess with me there will be consequences. I will love anything and everything that is pizza flavored. My best friend is a gay Capricorn, Elwood Rockwell." I finish.

"Woah, woah, Rockwell?"

"Yeah, I know. I asked Emily earlier if she knew Elwood. She said the name sounded familiar but she couldn't remember."
