"Chrom, we have to do something."
As I tried to open my eyes, the strange conversation continued
"What do you suppose we do?"
"I.. I don't know."
They noticed my movement as I pushed my hood off of the rat's nest that was my head.
They two people who had awoken me were looking directly at me. The strange thing was that it felt like I knew them. The girl looked about 16 and had the two longest pig tails I'd ever seen, and the blue haired guy had a sword that he was trying to cover discreetly. The next thing he did shocked me, he held out his hand. As he pulled me on to my feet, he began to speak.
"I see you're awake now."
"Hey, there!" the girl shouted
I spoke with a dry voice, "Thank you, Chrom."
They both looked puzzled
"Ah, so you know who we are then?"
"No actually... your name just came to me." I said confused.
"...Hmm, how curious. Tell me, what's your name? What brings you here?"
I began to laugh, they had been kind enough to check on me, even though I was..... what was I doing here? As my laughter began to stop it dawned on me.
"My name is... It's... Hmm?"
"You don't know your own name?" The stranger asked me
"I'm not sure if... I'm sorry, but where am I, exactly?"
The girl started to jump around excitedly, "I've heard of this it's called Amnesia!"
Just then a figure stepped out from behind the two strangers
"It's called a load of pegasus dung. We're to believe you remember milord's name, but not your own?"
I started to get extremely nervous, but the blue haired man, who's name was actually Chrom (Lucky guess?), decided to take me to the nearest town and get me settled out.
As we were almost to the town, smoke started to rise from the center of the village. I didn't see it, as I was going over what I had learned in my head. 1. I was in a kingdom named Ylisse, 2. The girls name was Lissa, 3. The strange man who still doesn't believe my story is named Frederick. 4. The ruler of the kingdom is a woman named Emmeryn. and finally, The cloak they found me in is from Plegia, another kingdom on the brink of war with Ylisse.
Okay, back to the smoke. As Chrom noticed it immediately, the three of my friends(?) began to run towards the town, it was being attacked. I suddenly felt the need to help, so what did I do? I ran after them.
