(This chapter takes place the same time as chapter 23 It's the story of how Shingu met the girl he had been talking about to the others)

Shingu was sitting on a chair outside reading, this was the place where he first saw her. About two weeks ago, he didn't know why but there was something that attracted him to her at first sight.

"Well I'm off."

He looked up and saw a young girl coming out from the small building in front if him. It was a salon, she was always working there. But he wondered why a kid would be working during weekdays. He put his book in his bag and stood up following her.

"What the hell do you want from me?"

It had happened so fast, Shingu was just following her until she took a turn into an alley. He followed her in but couldn't find her anyone that was until she jumped up from behind him and pinned him to the ground.

"Why are you following me?" She asked.

Shingu could see how angry she was, the way her red eyes beamed with hatred. "I'm sorry. I just wanted to say hello."

"Do I know you?" She asked.

"No." He said as he sat up. "You don't, but I know you. I've been watching you for the past two weeks now."

"WHAT ARE YOU? SOME KIND OF STALKER?" She yelled.

"Yes." He said.

"Huh?"

He stood up. "My name is Shingu, Shingu Ichinose, I like you."

Straight to the point, the girl froze, there was a stranger giving her a love confession in the alley. What a day. "Listen here kid, I don't have time for games ok, just leave me alone."

"I can't." He said. "You've been on my mind lately."

"Well get me out if it." She said. "I don't know what your problem is but just leave me alone ok, or I'm calling the cops."

"I drew you something." He said as he brought out his sketch book and gave it to her. She took it and looked through it, her jaws dropped when she saw drawings of herself.

"You really are a stalker." She threw the book at him and ran off, luckily she found a policewoman and ran to her. "Ma'am please help, there's this stalker kid who won't leave me alone."

"Really?" The woman looked up and saw Shingu walking up to them. "Ah! Shingu." She smiled

"What?" The girl asked.

"Good morning Mrs Awayuki." Shingu greeted.

"How are you this morning?" She smiled.

"I'm good." He said. "Sorry about my friend here." He held the girl and pulled her close to his body. "She thinks she can get rid of me easily."

"It's ok." The woman said. "Have fun you two." She waved and left the two kids.

"This is why the world is becoming a bad place." The girl said as she pulled away from Shingu. "When the law will be making friends with criminals and bad guys and letting them go Scott free."

"But I'm not a criminal." Shingu said. "Neither am I a bad person, I'm Shingu Ichinose, what's your name?"

"I'm not telling you my name." She said.
