7: Gone

Aaron's P.O.V
  I wake up from startled from a nightmare, and I realized it was already noon.
"Afternoon Aphmau"
I look around and realize Aphmau isn't here. I am not to concerned it is noon so she is probably just out in the village.

I wash up, get dressed, and eat some lunch. I see a note on the counter from Zoey saying she has Lilith. Huh Aph doesn't have Lilith, I wonder what she is doing. I start to walk around the town to look for Aphmau when I see Garroth panicking.

Garroth's P.O.V

I woke up and to my surprise there was a note on my night stand. I was shocked to see who the note was from and what it said.

Dear Garroth,

Last night I left to go find Laurence.  I heard that you said he went rouge and betrayed me and the village, but that is not the Laurence I know.  I may not be back for a long time and it kills me to leave without saying anything to everyone else.  So, I  wrote you a note, because you are my most trusted guard and friend.  I know your probably wonder if Aaron knows... he does  not.  Aaron will become lord for the time I am away and if I don't come back.Tell all my other guards to call Aaron lord.DO NOT TELL HIM WHAT I AM DOING! He will just come and find me when I don't want to be found.  I must do this for my sake and sanity. Please try to forget me for the sake of your sanity. I love you Phoenix Drop.  I hope to see you again.

P.S. Burn this letter as soon as you finish reading it.

Aphmau left a letter to only me.  I need to go burn this if it might be her l-last wishes.  No Garroth don't say that.  Lets just hope I don't run into Aaron. I walk to our base camp and I through the letter in the fire.

"Good Bye Aphmau" I mumble to myself

I look up and I see...

AARON

Oh no this is not good do what Aphmau said and just address him as a lord and forget about her.

"Garroth have you seen Aphmau?" Aaron asked me.

"No lord, but can you tell me who this Aph-meow is?" I replied. This is so hard to do.

"Are you ok? Garroth you know I am not lord and who Aphmau is." He replies.

"I am fine lord." I said nervously.

"Fine if I am lord then explain yourself." he yelled

"I can't" I replied.

"Why not?" Aaron said in a stern, harsh voice.

  " It is her last wishes." I mumbled.

"I can't here you." he said getting madder at the second.

" IT IS HER LAST WISHES."   I yelled.

Aaron's P.O.V                                                                      

Garroth just said 'her last wishes.' If A-A-Aphmau d-d-dead.

"What did you say?" I soften,  "She can't be dead. She can't be. Your lying. Those can't be her last wishes."

"Aaron stop freaking out she is not dead. At least I don't think she is." Garroth said panicking, " But I can not tell you anything else." 

As Garroth walked away I could not control myself.  I ran home locked the door and closed all the curtains.

I could't get a hold of myself.  Why did Aphmau leave? Why did she tell Garroth and not me.  Why do I always lose the person I love.  I need to get my composer back together. Aph trusted me with this job and now I will do it. I will do this For Aphmau.
