Three

Vic's POV

After the girls left I leaned against the door and closed my eyes hearing my younger brother snickering.
"You're fucked" Mike said sounding distant. I opened my eyes and saw that he was laying on the bed him and Tony have shared the night before.

"Trust me. I know" I told my brother grabbing a beer from the fridge and sitting at the table across hime.
"How are you gonna do tours and traveling and all that stuff when you have a kid?" Jaime asked.
"A kid with Cara's last name" Mike added.
"I changed it when I signed the papers. She's a Fuentes"
"And that changes everything?" He asked.

"Shut up. I know it doesn't change anything and I know I'm fucked" I said resting my elbows on the table and putting my head in my palms and aggressively rubbing my eyes. 
"It's just, she has no family now and I can't just put her up for adoption or anything like that. I'm not a dick, I'm just not use to this kinda shit"
"Ask Kells. He has two kids that aren't even his and a daughter" tony said.
"I could but I wanna just see if I can do this by myself you know. See if I can't handle it"

"Okay but even if you can't, you still have to. It's your sperm that created it" Mike told me.
"I'm gonna hurt you" I threatened my brother finally removing my hand from my hands and looking at him trying to send off a threatening look to shut up.
"You can't do shit. You're too short"  he retorted.
"I can still kick your ass" I said getting up.
"Not my fault you were horny"

"Okay okay enough. Both of you" Jaime said in a fatherly tone.
I rolled my eyes and went to my luggage grabbing clothes to change into after I shower and closed it shut not bothering to zip it up.
"I'm taking a shower. Don't come in unless you all wanna die" I announced walking into the bathroom.
"This is why I stay quite" I heard Tony from the bed me and hime shared.

Mike's POV

I know that was directed to me because I pissed him off but he's always been a dick towards me when he's pissed. Even when it's not my fault. I guess that's the price I pay for being in a band with my brother.
"Did you really have to be a dick?" Jaime asked me. I looked up from my phone and shrugged.
"It's who I am"
"A walking dick?" Tone asked.
"You're over tired turtle" I told my friend looking at him patting his head who then laid on the white pillow.
"No I'm not"
"Yes you are. Anyways, why can't you stop being a dick and help your brother?" Hime asked.

"It's his problem"
"I bet if it happened to you, he'd help you out"
"I've helped him enough in high school. This is his kid. Besides what if he doesn't want my help? What if he's just pissed at Cara?"
"You guys are brothers, you're supposed to help each other out" he told me.
"You helped him in high school, he helped you with your drug addiction. Brothers don't pay each other back you know" He then added.

"Plus, him and Rachel aren't exactly on good terms at the moment. They could break up at any second" Tony spoke up. We all turned our heads to him and he got up and crossed his legs.
"Erin told me that Rachel told her that her and Vic are always fighting and that she said she's loosing feelings for him but doesn't wanna break up with him because of something. I forgot what it was but it has to deal with him, or his past, or something like that I don't know"

"What the fuck" I said.
"You're joking right?" He shook his head.
"Great" I laid down on the bed and closed my eyes.
"My brother has a kid, his girlfriend could break up with whenever she wants, he's pissed at me. Joyful night" I crawled up to the pillows and laid across them.
"I'm sharing this bed too you know" tony said from beside me. I shook my head and pulled the covers over me.
"Goodnight" I told them.

I woke up the next morning with someone cuddling me so I turned around and saw Jaime was laying behind me gripping my waist so I smacked his hand a few times and he woke up rolling over so I was fee from his death trap.
I sat up and saw Vic was still sleeping and Tony was beside him on his phone. Grabbing mine off the bedside table, I checked the time to see it was 7am so I set it down and got out of bed grabbing clothes to change into when I heard my voice being called.

I turned around and saw Tony putting his glasses on and getting out of bed heading to the kitchen area to make coffee.
"How'd you sleep?" He asked.
"You know I was joking when I didn't allow you to sleep in bed right?" He smiled and nodded pouring water in the coffee maker.
"Yeah I know but Jaime kinda took my spot and fell asleep so I took his" I nodded. Vic isn't cuddler and neither is Tony so since I was sleeping I assume Jaime used me as his body pillow seeing as I'm much taller.

"I'm gonna shower. After we'll walk around the hotel or sit out on the deck, cool?" He nodded again and I walked into the bathroom to shower and hopefully wash away all this stress.

When I was done my shower, I changed and walked out of the bathroom and was met with Vic's kid out on the deck talking to Tony. Now that I had a good view of her, she reminded me a lot of Cara but still had similar features to my brother like her nose resembled his, her eye shape was like his too but that was it. She had the blonde hair from her, got the shortness from both of them but had green eyes in which I'm assuming came from her mothers side of the family since Vic's side only had brown eyes.

Her hair was in a braid which I'm guessing one of the girls did it for her and she was wearing shorts and a tank top that were her pyjamas.
Walking to the small table to grab a cigaret, I saw her file sitting there so I turned around and saw my brother was still drooling and Jaime was cuddling with the pillows I slept with so that was my 'okay' that I could snoop in this and find out about her, possibly her mom too.

Flipping through the pages I found out she was almost taken away from Cara when she was 7 because of her alcoholic ex boyfriend, she was bullied, Cara was a prostitute so she could get money and her social worker's name is Maria.
"What are you doing?" I heard my brother. Shit.
"Nothing" I told him closing the file quickly and turning around to face him.
"Were you looking at my daughters file?" He asked getting out of bed walking towards me in a sleepy manner.

"N-no no why I was just grabbing a cigaret"
"Good because even I haven't looked through it all yet. I don't want anyone snooping until I've read it" guilt immediately hit me like a truck. Knowing that I've read- well skimmed- the entire file and know more about my niece then my brother knows about his daughter made me feel bad.
"Oh. Well no I didn't look at it. Just saw the name and didn't feel like going through that thing. The files huge" I told my brother. He nodded and picked it up.

"I know. She's been through a lot so they have it all documented"
"Yeah I can tell" I said making him give me a questioning look.
"Judging by the size of the file that's why" he nodded again and went to make himself a coffee.
"Hey uh Vic?" He hummed in response and I took a small breath.
"I'm sorry about last night. I shouldn't have been a dick to ya" he chuckled and looked at me.
"Bro it's fine. I don't care. If anything I was being a dick. I just had a lot of shit going on" I smiled at my short-yet older- brother then grabbed my lighter to go outside and smoke when the sliding door opened.

"Oh good morning" I told the two. Tone replied with a good morning to me too and Scarlett just smiled shyly.
"Scar what do you want from breakfast?" Vic asked her.
"Nothing that you're making"
"Someone's bitchy" we heard Jaime from the bed.
"Jaime she's not bitchy" Vic defended.
"I'm going back to my room" she said leaving. We all said our goodbyes but she only said bye to Tony which made Vic angry. Or hurt.
"I have to tell you something later" Tony whispered in my ear. I looked at him and nodded. He nodded too and then went to grab clothes to change into after his shower.

Sorry for not updating in a bit. I was also writing for my Fuenciado but I gave up so I wrote a chapter for this one instead.
So, Rachel and Vic's relationship isn't exactly perfect atm. Doesn't matter though because dani will be coming in soon.
Do you think Mike will tell Vic he looked at the file?
Why do you think Scarlett is only talking to Tony? And no they won't date just an fyi.
