(Thats Scarlett now)

Scarlett's POV

In the end, there's always a happy ending to every story. Some may not see it, but ones with the great minds do. Sometimes you just have to mature in order to see the bright side. You need to understand that you can't always get what you want, and that change is always good.

I remember when I was 12 I didn't want to be anywhere near my father, until that night. Vic became my best friend after and that bond will never be broken. Not anymore at least. He's had to give up a lot, change his ways millions of times, try not to loose his temper, and everything in between just to make me happy and I was a stubborn preteen with issues that couldn't see he was trying for me.
He may not have been in my life since the day I was born but he's been there through the terrible times and when I needed a shoulder to cry on. That's why tonight I stand on the balcony in the venue on their first night of the Misadventures tour with Danielle, Erin, Jessica and Mike's new lover Alysha Nett watching the boys killing it for the first time in almost four years when they dropped collide with the sky.

"How we feeling Vegas!" My dad screams into the mic making the crowd scream back.
"You guys have been fucking amazing so far. We're gonna slow this song down a bit, this ones for my little girl Scarlett I wanna see all of you singing along for us! and for her" the crowd cheers as vic sings a part beginning of floral and fading begins and the guitars kicks in.
Vic wrote the song as a way of telling me that the hate I've gotten since I've been in his life doesn't matter. Although I deserved every threat, rude comment, 'special gifts' and the fact that I've been a terrible person, he says he would throw his phone away and we could run away. He said he wouldn't care, just as long as I'm by his side, that's the only thing that matters to him. That I'm the only thing he truly cares about.

In the past four years, Rachel has stuck around and helped Vic raise me. In fact she bought her own house in San Diego  after to turned thirteen and found herself an amazing man named Matthew that makes her happy. We have had dinner together, all five of us, multiple times and my dad and Matthew get along very well.

As for my middle school group, Danny is under house arrest for driving and murder since he is/was under age, Austin's parents ended up getting a divorce and his mom moved out to Baltimore, Bailey is pregnant with Danny's child(slut) and Sophia turned out normal. Her and I are still close to this day and we hang out often. She goes to Clairemont high and I go to mission bay but we see each other often.
As for me, I'm 16, am in fact not pregnant, keeping up with my grades and I'm dating the famous Dalton Rapattoni from The Voice.

Up until I started living with my father, I never had a perfect childhood or was a perfect person but my dad taught me that even broken people could love again and their past could be forgotten.

The End!
