"Akaashi-san, are we still leaving?" Iwaizumi asked, glancing over at said-person. "There's no choice. We have to warn them. If we don't, they're going to be caught off-guard." Akaashi said, sighing tiredly.
"But the question is, why would the King do this? And to his own flesh and blood." Iwaizumi pondered, confused.
"It's actually quite simple, really. If you think about it." a voice spoke.
As the pair stopped in their tracks, they quickly turn around; only to find Kenma and Yaku standing behind them.
"Kenma? Yaku-san? What're you doing here?" Akaashi asked, crossing his arms.
"We came to deliver a small message. It's from Miyako-san." Yaku said, stepping forward slightly. "What is it?" Akaashi asked, curious about the message.
"There's a specific reason why the King wants to kill them." Kenma sighed. "And what would that reason be?" Iwaizumi asked.
"They're not actually his kids. But that's not the only reason." Yaku said, a conflicting tone in his voice.
"Then, what's the other reason?" Akaashi asked.
"To guarantee that they won't fight, when he kills the humans." Kenma said, a fierce look in his eyes.
"He's going to start a war." Iwaizumi said.
"Bingo."
