"Aww you gonna cry monkey? Go on! Do something!" Jake yelled before kicking me in the face. I bit my lip so I wouldn't scream. I felt blood drip from my nose.
Suddenly someone threw a rock at Jake.
"Ah! Dammit! Who the fuck was that?!" He yelled. Mikey came out from behind a tree.
"Leave her alone!" He yelled. Jake laughed and turned around.
"The hell are you going to do about I--" he was about to finish till I wrapped my tail around his leg making him face plant onto the ground.
I ran over to Mikey, grabbing him and flying off.
"How many times have I told you not to get involved?" I asked him. He smiled at me. I rolled my eyes.
"Your my best friend ara! You know I hate seeing him treat you like t-.. Were you crying?" He asked.
I stayed silent. "Ara what's wrong ?" He asked me. I landed and let go of him.
I sighed and pulled up my sleeve, first wiping my tears away, then putting it to my nose to stop the bleeding.
"M..my parents had a huge argument and dad took it out on me in training before I came to school..." I told me. He frowned slightly.
"I'm sorry ara.." He told he. I wiped the blood away and 'smiled'.
"I'll be fine bud. Don't worry. I'm a saiyan after all! We don't break so easily" I told him.
He smiled back. Good.. I've fooled him.
My only friend and I'm lying through my teeth. Great...
I felt tears prick my eyes again as I thought of this morning.

I started to cry again. Mikey hugged me.
"Hey, don't cry ! What happened to my badass friend!?" He asked in a tone that always made me smile.
"I'm st..still here bud" I told him.
"Great... It's still bothering you isn't it? Their arguments?" He asked his look going serious.
"Yeah..I..I just want them to stop.. I've actually gone to goku's because it's getting so bad.. I can't put up with it any m-"
"Well look at what we have here?" I heard a voice say. Saiyan instinct took over and I put Mikey behind me looking at the unknown man. He had an accomplice.
"It seems we have a princess and a peasant " said the other. I growled. They came closer. I studied them.
The first one didn't terrify me as he looked relatively human. From what if been taught growing up I didn't see him as a threat. His smirk made me feel sick though..
