Chapter 14: Realise

[Chen's POV]

I saw both of them since Minseok hugged Zoe. I feel like my heart being stabbed. I just remain my posture. Just looking at them from far distance.

I pulled her out to the garden. I know it's cold but the tension makes me feel hot.

"Let go of me Chen. You're hurting me." she said. I look at her and I didn't realise that I gripped her hardly. I release my hand from her wrist. "I'm sorry."

She keep in silent. I came near to her. "Chen, just stop. Stop making things in confusion."

"You never told me about Minseok."

"Why should I? You don't even bother to know about me." She said coldly. "You seem to talk back." I said back to her.

Then, she keep in silent.

I look carefully at her and I just realise how beautiful she is. I didn't look at her properly ever since I'm married to her. I was too busy doing other stupid stuff.

I feel guilty the way I treated her the whole time. She looks so skinny and yet she's still strong.

"It's cold here. Just let me in." she said.

She walks away and I just stare at her. She doesn't know how to find her way in as I'm the one who dragged her from here.

It's been 2 freaking weeks without seeing her.

"Where did you go?" I started to talk. She stopped and turned to my place.

"You don't need to know."

"Have you eat?"

She sighed and ignore me. When she about to walk ahead, I quickly grab her wrist and bought her in.

Minseok was still there, standing infront of us.

"I'll take care from here." He said and grabbed her other wrist.

"Why should you? I'm here husband." I held her even tighter.

"Come on Minseok, just lead me to my room, I'm tired." She tuck his arm.

I looked at her. It hurt me a lot.

I stood there while both of them walking away.

I think drinking is better right now.

NEXT DAY

I heard a footsteps. I opened my eyes.

"Geez, you look terrible."

I rolled my eyes.

"Mind your own business."

She chuckled and take water.

"How can you sleep here? Must be you having a backache now."

I tried to stood up properly and she's right. I chuckled. "Go away."

She smirked and sit beside me. I look at her back. "Party, tonight." she give me an invitation card. "Call me in."

"Stupid Jongdae." she stood up and left the kitchen.

"You're dumber Dahye."

I guess I need to go for another drink tonight.

I came to my room and open the door. It's empty and tidy.

Where the hell that girl go? I heard the bathroom door open and she's just finish her bath. She's with her towel. She dried up her hair with another towel and I just keep staring at her. Maybe she didn't realise I'm in here.

I was about to came near to her when someone knocked the door.

"Seohye, Minseok here." I heard the voice from outside. I tighten my fist. "Give me 10 minutes. I'm getting ready." she said.

She was about to took off her towel when I cleared my throat. She widened her eyes. "Who's that?"

I didn't answer. She look terrified. I came near to her.

"Chen, gosh, you scared me." she said. Maybe she scent alcohol.

"Where are you going?" I asked as I open the shirt.

She just keep in silent and continue what she's doing. She took out her lace bra and everything. She doesn't care I'm here.

Suddenly my heart beating fast. I'm half naked here as well.

"Don't stare at me. I could just kill your eyes there." she said while struggled a little on her dress.

After all these years, I've never seen her doing like this. Usually she will get ready inside the bathroom or when I'm not around. I take her wrist and pulled her closer. She scream and I shut her mouth with my hands.

Then my hand are on her back, helping her to zip up.

"Let me go. I'm getting ready here." she pushed me away but then she realised something.

She was taken a back and held both her hands.

"You...." she said.

"Half naked? Yes I am."

She sighed.

"Are you still drunk? Just go wash yourself or go away from here." she said and went in the bathroom.

I followed her and block the door from closing. She turned around.

"You don't have to close it when I'm here." I said to her.

"Fine."

"By the way, how am I suppose to wash off my alcohol when you're in here?" I said while she's doing her makeup.

That's quite surprise me as she can see herself getting pretty.

"I can't even see you. I'm blind remember?"

I'm here trying to keep myself.

What did I just do that?

I just realise something.

I think I'm in love with Zoe.

I feel guilty after all I've done to her.

I should just makes things right.

I should stop go to club and have party.

I should just be a good husband.

I hurt her a lot.

And it hurt me when she treated me like this.
