There comes this moment where you realize that the only one that can really save you from yourself is yourself, and at the moment the voices in your head start telling you that you aren't worth it. But let me tell you that those voices are wrong. You have all the power in your hands, it is up to you to climb out of the dark hole. But remember that closer you are to getting out, the you are closer to see the light in your life. Believe in yourself because you are your own hero. Don't wait for someone to save you because that won't happen if you don't do it yourself. You are strong, worth a lot, and important so take action and save yourself. If you are looking for someone to save you then look in the mirror and you will find the person that will save you. Maybe music,books, or artist helped you but in the end you are the one who truly had yourself.
